Had an appointment scheduled for February. Got called being told that an opening became available earlier, day came for appointment and I got a call 20 minutes before appointment to tell me that I could not be seen and that I had to re-schedule. Then I asked about my original February appointment and was told that it was no longer there and that I can’t be seen until end of March. WTF! Terrible way of doing business. Amazing, clean and friendly. The used a topical numbing agent or transmucosal I don't know the official name for it but it numbed my gums before they did the cleaning which was the first time I've ever had that experience, it was great

Dr. Wold is an excellent Dentist and his staff and front desk are very helpful, friendly and accurate. Dr. Wold helped me through a very challenging Dental experience with such a caring demeanor. His work is perfection and his team supported my plan with discretion and warmth. He did move to a new office midstream and the transition was painless. He is an exemplary professional.

I actually called and scheduled an appt for a client on Medicaid. The appt was scheduled over a month ahead of time. The day of they called to change the time because they overbooked. I couldnt change the time due to other clients. They called back to cancel stating that they didnt realize he was a new patient and on Medicaid and Dr Wold stopped accepting Medicaid 2 wks earlier. I do NOT believe them. I think they were trying to cover their mistake of over booking so the Medicaid
