If I could give the office staff a zero I would. My husband drove 45 minutes to get to his appointment, he was 8 minutes late. They would not take him, and asked him to reschedule. Why did they not apologize when he was there last time early and had to wait 20 minutes to be seen!!!!!!! It is ridiculous. The lady at the front desk didn't care that there was an unforeseen delay in arriving. She didn't care that he had driven that long to be seen by his doctor. She didn't care that the appointment was made a month ago. Obviously, going to the Dr. means there is something wrong, and rescheduling is not an option. 20 minutes late? I get it, even 15 minutes late I understand... BUT EIGHT MINUTES!?!?!?!!? Needless to say, he isn't going back. And my husband said that to the lady at the front desk, and again... She didn't care.

Dr. P Was able to see me same day and I established care with him. He listened intently and was toughful about his answers. Very personable and helpful with a problem I have been concerned about for a few years. I am glad I was able to get on his patient roster before it fills up!

After falling on some stairs in my home, I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Prodzinski. I was so impressed by the care he provided to me. His entire staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Prodzinski and the healthcare at the Saltzer Health clinic near Bown Crossing in East Boise.

He doesn’t consult your chart to remember what you’ve been telling him for years. He literally told me good luck finding a doc to help since he wasn’t familiar with my issue. He’s the doc. He didn’t even try to help. He walked out rudely. I’m done with this dude who knows very little and puts forth ZERO effort to help diagnose or resolve issues.

Dr. Prodzinski is absolutely one in a million. He is so helpful, kind, compassionate and everything else that a doctor should be! Best of all is that he is not judgemental. It take awhile to find an MD who would actually listen to me and not poo-poo everything I may say. He is one of a kind and highly recommend!! Thank you Dr Prodzinski

Having moderate stomach pain, Dr Prodzinski realized that it might be coming from a hiatal hernia surgery I had a little more than a year ago, Also took blood work to check pancreas.

Dr. Prodzinski is my primary doctor and has been for over 2 years now. I really trust him and his knowledge of medicine. My husband sees him also. Dr P takes time and listens and I will add that his professionalism is evident and consistent! My favorite doctor for sure!
