Shelly, the front desk worker, was extremely rude and unhelpful when it came to helping my fiancé. They sent her bill to the wrong address and then said she couldn’t come back even though she paid the bill as soon as she actually received it. She called to explain the situation and asked if they could make an exception due to the wrong address issue, and Shelly replied “there’s nothing I can do- bye” and hung up in an extremely rude manner.

Amber is so thorough with dental cleaning. Great caring office staff. I drive from Meridian because Mallard Dental is worth it.

This is the first dentist I have been to that I actually like and trust. They are incredibly efficient, fast and thorough and if need be, take the time to talk through some of the issues you are dealing with. I’m glad I found Mallard Family Dental!

I have been a patient at Mallard Family Dental since the early 1980's. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, efficient, and welcoming. The office is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The dental care I have received over the years has been exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.
