List of Mark Rasmus's Reviews
Dr. Rasmus saw my wife in clinic then he and his team have been terrific in follow through. Thoughtful counsel and helpful Rx recommendations. Highly recommend.
Wish I would have looked this up prior to my 8 min Zoom "Appointment." Declines my insurance and charges $389.88 to confirm with me that I am having trouble sleeping. I hope this can warn someone else prior to the robbery.
Dr Rasmus won’t work with your insurance company well, refuses to work on your behalf and doesn’t provide needed information so that your insurance can approve reimbursement. I would not recommend this office.
Staff was fine, but Dr. Rasmus does have a condescending attitude that can make your appointment and treatment plan details confusing. He even mocked me at one point and I found it upsetting to see how he was enjoying my discomfort. If he felt so strongly I was wasting his time, then there were other ways he could have handled it. I did not need this drama, already worn down dealing with the stress of sleep disturbance and insomnia.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rasmus for 12 years. My experience has been great. I had severe sleep apnea and insomia Dr. Ramus provided a treatment plan that has been life changing. I not have returned to life of productivity, clarity of thought and focus again. Dr Ramas has always addressed my questions and concerns.
Dr. Rasmus has been great! He has listened to concerns, created a plan, and then reevaluated to help me get the best sleep possible. I've only done telehealth appointments and then in clinic sleep studies, but I LOVE telehealth appointments and he has been personable through a computer screen.
Husband was referred to this Dr by his primary physician. My husband asked what the cost of an overnight sleep study vs an at home ( which is honestly more accurate) . Cost is a factor in treatment for us blue collar folks. Was rude about telling him he had no idea, and asked if my Husband was refusing treatment. He told him that no, he just felt an at home study would be more affordable and accurate. The Dr threated to report him To the DOT and have his medical card revoked. This is his livelihood. Seriously this Dr is just in it for the $$. He could give a frap less about patients. You don't threated someone into a procedure .
He was very arrogant and wouldn’t give me an exam because I haven’t taken the poke for corona! Wonder if he charged insurance for an exam? Very rushed and wouldn’t take the time to listen to my answers to his questions. He’s very unprofessional!!!! I’m starting over with a new doctor as I don’t trust this guys opinion! I would give him 0 stars instead of 1 if available!
I have always appreciated Dr. Rasmus because not only is he very knowledgeable, he also gets to the point quickly. Given his background and depth of study, his advice has always been appreciated. My wife has accompanied me on several visits, and she feels the same way.
After seeing negative reviews, I questioned it when my RT friend highly recommended Dr. Rasmus. I'm so glad I went there. Marlene and Kira, in the office, were so kind and helpful. Always pleasant. Dr. Rasmus was very nice, friendly, and listened to me patiently. Love working with this awesome office. I'm Now on a CPAP and on my way to better sleep and better days. Thank you Dr. Rasmus and your entire staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
