I had to go in for a broken tooth. Lots of anxiety but the group helped me feel at ease and the whole process went so smoothly and quickly I still cant believe It's over. I've had a long history with not-fun dental visits and this office has turned my experiences around since I started coming in!

Dr. Bingham always addresses my concerns and is a truly talented dentist. The Northwest Dental office is state of the art, and they always put me at ease. I’m glad I found a dental practice I can rely on.

My cleaning itself went well and the staff were kind overall, but I did want to mention one thing that felt uncomfortable. I was asked multiple times by the dental assistant if I was pregnant — even after I answered no the first time. I completely understand needing to ask once before an X-ray, but continuing to ask or assume throughout the appointment after that (especially when I mentioned I was sick and had a cold sore) but still for some reason automatically attributing those symptoms to pregancy felt unnecessary and honestly a bit insulting, considering I'm not even married. It felt like everything was being attributed to the possibility of pregnancy, which made what was otherwise a smooth visit feel a little awkward because continually assuming/asking a young adult female if she's pregnant is a bit of an unwarranted assumption.

This dental office is incredible. We were looking for a new dentist for my husband (he hates the dentist) and found Northwest and were impressed with their reviews. Figured we would give them a shot and are so glad we did. My husband couldn't stop racing about how awesome the dentist was and how great the hygienist was. They got him in fairly quickly as a new patient with a sore tooth. He is now doing Invisaline with Northwest and loving it. My daughter and I had our first appointments today and everyone was wonderful.
