This entire company is frustrating! Their billing is absolutely ridiculous. You pay $200 up front. They tell you if your bill is less, they will give you a refund. If it's more, then they will send you a bill, or you can pay before you leave with a discounted price. I've gone twice this year. The first, I owed more, but they couldn't decide how much I owed. Couldn't figure out the discount. Told me that they were "fried" and wanted to go home while they were figuring out what I owed. They charged me wrong and I got a bill for it. They didn't honor their mistake and I had to pay more. THEN, my husband went in for an ear infection. They did nothing special, he paid $200. Said they'd call him when the doctor put in the notes how much the visit would be. They never called. I called billing and they told me that the visit SHOULD be $144. That we'd get a refund of $56. I waited a month. I called in again and they told me the amount was actually $201 and that they were nice enough to shave off that dollar. For a 5 minute visit to prescribe antibiotics??? And the billing person had absolutely NO idea what was happening. Explained that there were no notes, but then told me that the amount was $201?? This whole place is a scam and is perfectly happy to steal your money.
Dr Schommer is a caring, dedicated doctor who treats me with respect and kindness. My thyroid issues are much more under control since she's become my doctor.
Professional, Fast, very nice with a touch of Bob Ross playing in the background. Wannabe Slim Shady and 50 Cent characters came in and almost caused a scene and the man behind the counter was professional and good at just keeping a calm while were egregious, arrogant, loud, and upset when they couldn't get a called in appointment for a walk in clinic... I was sitting in the lobby watching it all unfold. Hats off to the staff!
I called to see if I should walk in around 10:30 or make an appt at 11:45 and I was told to do the 11:45 because that sets my spot otherwise it is first come. I showed up at 11:35 for my appt and at 12:15 I asked how much longer and I was told it would be at least another 15-20 mins. I was told a "red flag" person with an emergency was taken back before me (shouldn't this be ER) so I spent drive time and sitting time to have no answers. Had I checked in and they told me they were behind I would have looked into another location. Lack of communication and what is the point in making an appt if they don't follow them?
Great people great care
Don't go to the urgent care. They only have 1 person working the desk and they get back logged super quick. This is your basic American health care facility
I’ve been there because of my hypertension and one of the doctor there told me that during my previous visit my blood pressure was high! How come they didn’t tell me to see my family doctor for this issue! Not recommended at all!
For the first time in both mine and my wife's life. Have we ever had the need to walk out of a medical clinic. My four-year-old son, was brought into the urgent care off Broadway, for running a high fever for his third consecutive day. We made an appointment at 11:15am to be seen at the urgent care as there was no available appointment with his usual care provider at his pediatric office. My wife and my son sat for over an hour and 15 minutes before being seen. It took over 2 hours for my son to receive a dose of Tylenol with steroids, to combat his swollen tonsils and the return of the fever that we had dosed him with Tylenol in the morning. Over the course of two hours and forty five minutes, there was only three interactions, once for intake. An exam for tests that failed and finally a medication dose. Our son was crying in discomfort for literal hours in wait to not even recieve a prognosis. I have never had such a negative medical experience. Let alone for a child with a multiple day fever.i understand this is a urgent clinic but I haven't experienced a lack of care like this even in the emergency room. The district coordinator is supposedly on lunch at 2pm and going to call back, "supposedly".
I've been trying to get my blood pressure medicine refilled for a week now.
nurses were kind. although the doctor (matthew) that saw me over stepped some boundaries asking me why i am in therapy and if i was manic/depressive. at the end of the visit he makes a comment which led me to believe he thought i was in to get steroids when i was genuinely ill and needing help. the antibiotics he prescribed me were wrong for what ended up being wrong with me. st lukes was way better and diligent about their work when diagnosing me for bunny fever. i do not think an urgent care doctor should be prying about that mental health information. not going here again. in my after visit summary he states “denied current manic episode” absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing on your guys’ end i have been stable on my medication for two months, not that thats anyones business. he writes at the end of my summary “Patient is slightly tachycardic, and is fluctuating between 95-105 bpm on history and exam. Unclear if this is related to illness or pt's anxious appearance.” and “pt has been discharged in a stabile condition” if this is the way you approach all of your patients, they should review your medical license.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
