I personally prefer this particular location even though I've got 3 or 4 closer to me. This the providers here are just amazing. And I do highly recommend them, they actually listen, which is rare. These days, for any provider can't recommend them enough. If you've got something minor that you need. Urgent care. Definitely go here. You will absolutely be taken care of with professionalism kindness and they listen highly recommend....

Was made feel very welcomed from the time we walked through the doors , the receptionist the nurse & the doctor were all very nice and made me feel very comfortable as I was nervous because I'm from Ireland and have never had to use a doctor outside my country before . I would 100 recommend to people .

$493.00 for the visit, a influenza test and the acting physician to give us a Google search response, and to be told to go to the ER if symptoms persist. $493.00!! No wonder people are dying at home. Urgent care is set up to provide care for people , and all they did was create a financial struggle and send a sick child home with no resolve. Hateful, hurtful.

The Primary Health office at Overland Rd. and Maple Grove is convenient to me, has plenty of parking and the staff is very pleasant. My provider is Hillary Wilson, P.A.-C. She is friendly and efficient. I am so comfortable with her. I recently had to change my family practitioner from one I’d been with for over 25 years. I’m so happy with Hillary! Her nurse, Sarah, is so nice and they make a great team. They are right on top of things like referrals, prescriptions, etc. I’m so happy I found this particular Primary Health location and especially Hillary Wilson and Sarah. They are so professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Most Primary Health locations I have been to seem to have miserable employees working the front desk, same with answering the phones - I’m not sure if it’s a requirement. However, the employee at this location was very polite, used a great tone, and explained everything in detail with patience. I believe her name was Monica.
