Absolutely terrible service. They are so bound by the “business” of health care, that sadly, the compassion of healthcare takes a back seat. Prepare yourself to “Feel Like a Number”…to quote the great Bob Seger.

My Dr actually listens to what I have to say and the concerns I'm having . The staff is always friendly and engaging. I recommend to every one I know that Primary Health is the place to go for all your health needs . My entire family goes there !

I'm leaving a one-star review strictly because this office has continuously failed to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. I love my doctor and I get polite lip service from the staff but I've been coming here for three years and every time I get prescription refills I have to call them at least twice this time it's going to be three times to get a the refills to actually go to the pharmacy. That's fundamentally unacceptable. It's such a small item to require and I'm not one to leave angry reviews but how else am I going to get service? I don't know what to do here here. It's ridiculous.
