I cannot say better things about Jayson. He truly made me feel heard & understood. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. Not only has he treated me and helped me through a major issue, he also has treated my son and handled him/the appointment so well. We actually felt like human beings with real issues instead of just a number/patient to make them money. The best urgent care practitioner I’ve ever seen. Would totally make him our primary care provider if he wasn’t just an urgent care practitioner! (Name changed for privacy reasons)

This place is absolute joke. I brought my wife in and we spoke to the doc for about 60 seconds and he had us go to the ER. This place still charged me and my insurance unnecessarily. Even the staff at the ER were joking about our service at this urgent care. The billing department would not help me out with my situation either.

I have had mostly a good experience with Primary Health the last few years, I see a couple of their doctors yearly and use the urgent care if I get really sick. I took my daughter in for a sick visit last month and got an outragous bill, they charged me nearly $200 for a Flu test (nasal Swab) after insurance, and that does not count the cost for the actual visit. I simple sick visit ended up being nearly $400 after insurance. This seems excessive to me, so I will be avoiding Primary Health Urgent care in the future and utilizing my insurances Tele-Health instead.

I was pleased that my caregiver looked at the possible reactions between aspirin and lithium, a medication I have taken for some while. He was proactive in doing some blood work, and I'm anxious to see how everything turns out. I felt I received wonderful care as a walk in.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful got me in quick out quick took care of my needs. I'm very appreciative. Very understanding if you need a fast care and a good way, I recommend going to West Boise primary health then I’m in and out of the ER and doctors all the time. I have a lot of health issues and they really took care of things today.
