Front desk is always so kind and understanding. Karen was awesome! She did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and not hurting. Hate going to the dentist but they have been changing my mind each time I receive work there.

I went here for teeth cleaning. She was great! I asked the billing/receptionist to verify that my insurance covered all the expenses and she checked and said yes. I rescheduled another teeth cleaning 6 months later and all still seeemed great. Received no bills that whole year. Then last month I get a bill from Riverview saying I owed appx $415 for services and that the bill was 90 days past due! I had never received a bill for anything before! I called them and they said that my insurance didn't cover all their expenses. I asked why this was the first bill I've received.... They didn't have a good answer. I should have just received a bill after the first cleaning, but I didn't. The whole thing seems sketchy to me.
