All of the staff from the gals l talk to on the phone to the nurses are all SUPER KIND and helpful. ♥️ And Dr Chong is nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! He's ALWAYS kind he takes the time to listen to me and answer any questions l have and find the answers to my questions l have. I'm 73yrs old and have had other Drs but none compares to Dr Chong I've always said if l were wealthy I'd have him as my private care physician. THANK YOU ALL for your care and compassion to me. Keep up the amazing job you all do often going without little or no thanks!!!!!! 😊

You have to know these wonderful people and the pride they take in there job. I'm treated with respect from the moment I enter to the time I leave. That can not be said at most medical offices. There's no overly sweet or indifference just REAL care. From people who listen without interruption, I've NEVER felt such confidence, safety and integrity from the moment I started with all new care providers. Thank you all for giving me such hope and peace of mind.

Abusive staff, especially their “sitters”, most of whom have zero medical training or knowledge. One sitter told my family member they deserved the pain they were experiencing and when it was reported to admin, nothing was done…not even a return phone call. Someone talking to a patient like that shouldn’t be allowed to work in a medical setting ever again but St. Al’s doesn’t seem too fussed about it which leads me to believe that’s common and/or accepted behavior for them.
