Dr. Squyer is the absolute best and her care team is up there with her. You would have a very hard time finding a more welcoming and compassionate team of healthcare professionals.

Nurses were great but the Doctor was horrible. She told me I was stupid for going there and not a different urgent care. Mocked me for moving to Boise, which was weird and unrelated. Told her I had immense back and shoulder pain from an accident involving a box weighing several hundred pounds being shoved into my back. She checked my legs and told me I was fine and to get out. Been months and I’m still in pain. I have never been treated so horribly by a medical professional. Will never be going to a Saint Alphonsus again.

Call ahead for orthopedics. We drove from Nampa in traffic only to find there wasn't an orthopedic doctor in the clinic that day. I could have went to regular urgent care a few miles from home!

My family and I were at my daughter’s pediatrician and were told to come over here for an X-ray so we headed here straight away. We arrived at 4:15pm on 08/22/24 and were the only ones in the waiting room. We sat there until 5pm before getting a room and being told her insurance might not cover it since we were just seen at the pediatrician. They also said there’s not much they’re going to be able to do and that we need to see a spine specialist and get that referral from the pediatrician. It was a complete waste of time! I’m truly disgusted with the way they had us sitting there like our time wasn’t important. Working all day, getting my daughter from school, going to the pediatrician just to sent here & sit there for an hour for nothing really bothers me. I won’t be back here. The trust is gone!

Doc was nice but there’s a very large young male tech who is not kind at all. I came in for a dislocated finger and he was the first to receive me. To break the awkward silence when it was just us in the room I tried to make light conversation to which he responded tepid/rudely. I could then hear him through the wall making fun of me to a colleague about a question I had asked him (something about exercise). I’ve worked in a healthcare 10+ years and know what it takes to do it well. This dude doesn’t have it. I think a better career fit for him would be bouncer or security guard.

The orthopedic team always takes great care of my family and I. I twisted my knee and a week later already seeing so much improvement. And PT called to schedule within just a few days. The AT and Provider were both so kind and would highly recommend them!

I had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. Patient care is a #1 priority to me and I consider all of them exceptional! I would recommend this facility to my family and friends without reservation! The best of the best!!!

So frustrated we took my son here for orthopedic. They knew right away he needed an MRI, doctor ordered it. I waited a couple days until I reached out, the management would not release MRI order until insurance preauthorized, our insurance doesn't require that, insurance called personally to ask them to release it and communicated no authorization was needed, I called. They still would not release order(due to management) they wanted it in system. Never had issue before this, because of this it will cause a delay in treatment which could have a negative consequences. I will never go there again. Doctor and staff were great. After 4 days of waiting, I reached out to family doctor who ordered MRI, got the insurance no authorization, and got the ball rolling in an hour of asking. I am Dissapointed in technicalities and big hospitals that patients get lost in the system.
