Saint Alphonsus Urgent Care Emerald Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Wow I did not know how quickly I could get in there and how professional and helpful they were. Literally a golden nugget. My doctor was out of town on vacation which he richly deserves . So his office suggested I go to an urgent care or the ER. I thought I'd try and Urgent Care.. Wowzer.. fast, extremely thorough, extremely knowledgeable. Also, since they couldn't do all the tests they needed to figure out what was actually going on completely.. they transferred me to the hospital which was conveniently located just across Emerald Street. So out of Urgent Care and into the ER. X-rays registration vitals all arrived before me and ER was expecting me. Didn't even have time to sit down before the door swung open and they called my name to come on back. In 66 years that has never ever happened to me in an ER. The , technicians, nurses and specifically the PA@ St Al's were fantastic! I was out of there and breathing.. thank God for breathing.. and home the same day. Called my doctor's office the next day to make sure they had the test results and they had them before I even called them. Doesn't get much better than that in my book and I was born here. Would definitely go back to them if I need that help again. My day went from a bad experience COPD at home to a much better result coming home happily thanks to them. God bless!

I usually visit the location closer to my home but this is close to my work so I stop by and I was seeing very quickly treated with respect and received a follow-up call with more information about my condition. I highly recommend!

I visited St. Alphonsus Urgent Care because I had an ear issue. The receptionist was helpful and both the nurse and the PA assessed the problem and had me out of there in 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the urgent care team and the quick response.Thank you to all! Robert

I rolled my ankle on a trail and they fit me right in, x-rays, care procedures, their Ortho experts were amazing and it took me 15 minutes to be seen! Thank you thank you thank you

Horrible experience, they take their sweet time and will make you late for any other appointment you have. Would definitely recommend the Urgent Care on Overland and Orchard before you ever come here

I was well taken care of by ER doctor Colby Austin for a heart issue. He was very responsive and thorough in running tests to check to see if I had a myocardial infarction. Thank the Lord Jesus, I did not. I had bloodwork, chest xray and EKG tests run and will be referred to cardiologist soon. I appreciated the wonderful demeanor and wise advice from Dr. Austin and his team at Saint Alphonsus!!!!

Up until my last visit, I would have given it a five star. I am hoping this is a one off. Everyone was great except for the PA/Dr that treated me. I came in with a severe sore throat, and I am elderly. After hearing what I was there for she asked you only have a sore throat so why are you here? I told her because I’m an extreme pain. After examining me, she Diagnosedme with thrush and Wrote a prescription. She then was releasing me and I asked her if we were going to wait for the Covid and flu results. She said she was positive. I did not have either and sent me on my way. Within five minutes of me leaving, she calls and says you left without getting your results Mind you, she told me to leave I ended up testing positive for influenza B I was within the 24 hour period to get a prescription to lessen the length of the flu I asked her about a prescription for that and she said that it wouldn’t help me, I ended up going to my primary doctor and got the medication I needed and I did not have thrush. Every now and then I run across a doctor who, for whatever reason Dismisses me as if I go to the doctor all the time. She doesn’t know me and doesn’t realize that I am not the type to run into a doctor every time I hurt. I was very disappointed.
