Everyone at Smiles on State Street is friendly and professional. Dr. Mortensen is caring, willing to take the time needed to answer questions, and always explains things thoroughly. He’s also very kind. Great experience every time.

My 95 year old mom, Claudine had a molar that was causing pain and tenderness, especially when chewing her food. I took her to Dr. Mortensen to check out the tooth, which he decided need to be extracted. He was gentle and explained the process, putting her at ease. She had slight discomfort afterwards but felt much better in no time at all. She's very grateful to have found such a great, caring dentist.

They are super accommodating of my cold-sensitive teeth and the administrative staff have, so far, done a great job at scheduling and billing. Friendly dentist. The location is not luxurious (no windows in the exam/cleaning area), but who cares when the service is great.
