It's never a great day when you have to go to urgent care but wow this was actually a 5 star experience! the front receptionist staff was so friendly and helpful and then the PA Landon and the nurses were so sweet with my four year old who had something in his eye.

Is it customary for the provider to ask if a post- auto accident visit is "for insurance purposes or because I am concerned about the injuries I sustained"? According to PA Gheen, it helps him know which questions to ask. I'm curious to know if that is how he would approach a loved one who was just involved in a traumatic situation.
