It is nearly impossible to see a doctor here at St.Lukes, or anywhere in Boise or Meridian, Idaho. Worst of any metro area I have dealt with including Salt Lake City, Provo, St. George, Dallas, Texas or even little Afton, Wyoming. Just be forewarned. It did NOT used to be that way in the Treasure Valley, even 10 years ago.

Dr. Hofstetter sees our family and is so compassionate and caring. She really listens and tries to figure out the best plan of care with her patients. My kids love her. We have also seen Dr. Rulon for both of my children and her bedside manner with my children is so wonderful. She is very inclusive in the plan of care. Hands down best experience with two providers who really have concern and compassion for their patients.

Dr Erwin is wonderful. Relatable, helpful, empathetic. Even though the regular office has moved, the location was easy to find and the front office staff were great.

Terrible place, good luck getting in an appt with Dr. Rulon. I've been trying to see her for over 2 years now as she was my PCP. At first her office at 130 E. Boise Ave. told me that she is no longer my PCP, then they apologies that she was my PCP and I made an appt in Feb. 2023 for Mar. 2024. Well I just received a letter like the cowards that this office is, that my appt in Mar. 2024 has been canceled so I called and asked when I can get in to see her and the phone representative told me she is booked until next year ha! GFR! You couldn't pay me to go see her again!
