I’ve been a patient here for years and have always appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the dental technicians. However, I’ve experienced ongoing frustration with billing and insurance verification. On one occasion, I was charged upfront for fillings because insurance could not be billed first, only to later learn my insurance had covered more than half, leaving a credit I was unaware of and later told could not be refunded. At another visit, I received different information, which was confusing. Most recently, my insurance wasn’t verified before a routine exam, and I unknowingly received services while out of network, resulting in an unexpected bill. When I called, the front desk told me it’s the patient’s responsibility to double check insurance because they have many patients. I hope the office improves consistency in communication and insurance verification, as this can easily cause patients to lose trust, as I have.

5 Stars – These Caps Survived an Airbag. Enough Said. I got caps from Dr. Richie, and not only did they look amazing—they turned out to be battle-tested. I was in a car accident, the airbag went off full force, and my teeth? Still perfect. Not a chip, not a crack. Honestly, the rest of me was a hot mess, but the caps? Perfect. If you want dental work that’s tougher than your ex’s emotional walls, this is the place. Shoutout to Dr. Richie’s amazing work!

This practice has lost my trust as a patient of two years. If you’re tired of the scare tactics from historic dental care days, this isn’t the place to be. I will not be returning after being aggressively pushed and fear mongered into having oral surgery with their highly recommended friends. Find a modern dentist that doesn’t have the rich man exotic fish tank in the lobby.

I was prediagnosed as needing a "deep cleaning" the second I mentioned periodontal maintenance. Dentist would not review or acknowledge previous treatment records from last provider. Dentist would not provide the cleaning I was scheduled to receive that day stating that it would not do me any good to have my teeth cleaned from the gums up? I have never heard a provider tell me it would do me no good to have my teeth cleaned??? I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I can’t express my appreciation for this office and Dr. Studebaker enough. I’ve been a patient for years and have never received anything other than exceptional care. They clearly communicate what procedures I need and work with me to make it happen. I have hated my smile my entire life and I finally have a beautiful smile!! I’m very thankful for everyone who works at this practice 😊

What a joke of a dental office. They take advantage of Boise State college kids and overcharge on everything. They do not care about the individual only that they get paid even on missed appointments.

I love this office Dr. Studebaker, Tristen, Clarissa... everyone is amazing. The office is lovely, very clean and they follow Covid protocols. I've been a patient here for years and continue to refer friends and family. I had a lower bridge come off and they got me in immediately. I've never liked my smile... Dr. Studebaker worked up a plan with me and I finally have a smile I love!! I appreciate everyone who works here.

Had an appointment this week. Office will not confirm that the hygienist is vaccinated. Will find another dentist.
