(Previous Review) Wow! I was going to make a first appointment. I have chanbged my mind after reading the reviews.Edit: I made an appointment! Glad I did. I had based my judgement on others' remarks. I was pleased and received attention and was encouraged that I could finally get some explanation and treatment. I contacted them (TR) looking for new primary care provider. I believe I have.

Danielle is the best receptionist!! Very kind and professional!

My father called to get an appointment and he told the lady that he had an abscessed tooth he needed looked at. The lady then rudely asked him how he knew it was abscessed and if he was a dentist. Like excuse me, are YOU a dentist? Do you know his medical history to know if he may be familiar with what they feel/look like? No? Then shut up, make a note that the patient thinks it is abscessed and then do your job and be professional. His appointments have been moved out to the location in Middleton without anyone asking him if that's workable for him. When he told them he had no way to get to Middleton, they told him it wasn't their problem. He has been trying to get his son in as well for over 3 weeks only to have the appointment moved multiple times to other locations and then canceled. And before you give me the email address, he already sent one to the owner. I imagine others have as well so fix the problems and stop collecting useless emails.

Not impressed with the call in procedures/protocol.No one to answer any phone calls I made.At least have some decent classical music while on hold.Made several calls with no luck talking to an actual human.Whenever I have visited in person, I was always greeted with a friendly demeanor and recieved prompt service.While I do understand there may be limited personnel on hand, people still need to talk to a human. Especially when in pain, assurances that action is being taken, can alleviate anxiety and discomfort.

Quick and helpful. They take your temperature at the door and I had the loveliest hygienist ^_^

Needed to leave a positive review here, because I just had my first appointment here - virtually because of COVID - and it was a fantastic experience. I will be returning here for any future medical needs and would recommend it to friends. The office is super close to home, the doctor was knowledgable and extremely helpful, and it was all handled well virtually over Zoom.

I have been seeing David Snyderman for years starting when he was in Nampa. At the time I had injured my back and nobody would see me with out paying at full price. God bless Terry Reilly they worked out payments for me. If not for them I wouldn't have had any place to go. David is one of the kindest and very intelligent. He will spend time researching. And he truely cares and that is next to impossible to find. My grown-up children go to see him. I am so thankful for him and his staff (Meribel ) his nurse.
