Great people and service!

This is for the Meridian Dental Services. We were here for a first time visit consultation. We did not even make it into the exam room, we walked out after being treated so disrespectfully and rudely by one of the receptionist. She had no personality, she acted like she had no time for us. After attempting to be pleasant myself, I gave up and walked out. The unfriendly, rude manner was above anything I've ever experienced. At the same time we were putting up with this poor attitude, there was another patient being reprimanded for reasons I won't get into here, but it was uncomfortable and I felt bad for this person who was struggling with his registration forms. Long story short, there was no excuse for the cold, rude, unfriendly attitude, and I will never step foot in this place again. I would give it a big fat ZERO for this receptionist who has no business working for the public.

I just wanted to thank DR Scott Jorden and his assistant for doing such an amazing job with my teeth today. They made me feel very comfortable and told me every process they did and made sure I was feeling okay. For a dentist like this, Scott goes the extra mile to make you Smile again. So happy to work with Scott.

My absolute favorite dental experience! I’ve always had high anxiety during all my life when it came to dental exams, etc. Kayla is an amazing dentist. She is so attentive & gentle. And the staff are also incredibly kind as well.

Absolutely incompetent. They do not answer phones or messages. Not sure why they even have a phone number. They will cancel appointments the day of with their only reasoning being "the dentist isn't available today" despite appointments being made MONTHS in advance. And guess what? They'll ask you to CALL(the phones they don't answer) to reschedule. Spent an entire year trying to just get a single check up or teeth cleaning. Every single time, 4 times in a row, some absolutely pathetic excuse for why they can't continue my appointment and that the next available appointment time is 4 months out. No effort to help me. No sympathy for the fact that I've been trying to get seen for over a year. They do not care. The lady at the front is as lazy and miserable as she looks. Annoyed that she has a job to do. I'd rather my teeth rot and fall out than have to spend another year just simply trying to be seen by a dentist.

Really done great with my care and the receptionist Yvonne is always very kind, smiling and very helpful. She has always seems genuinely compassionate.

DR. GOMEZ IS A AMAZING DOCTOR AS EVERYONE KNOWS DENTIST IS NEVER A FUN SITUATION BUT DR. GOMEZ MAKES THE BEST OF IT , I'VE SEEN MANY DENTIST IN OVER MY 40 YEARS HERE AND ILL TELL YOU I'VE NEVER MET A KINDER, SMARTER , MORE INTELLIGENT DENTIST WHO GETS THE JOB DONE RIGHT EVERYTIME THANK YOU.

Dr. Gomez and team are amazing. Don't knock this place until you try it. I didn't get the receptionist name who has been super helpful but she took care of all the insurance stuff. Dr. Gomez wasn't able to operate on my broken tooth because it's outside his scope of the complexity of it but I've been referred out to another TR facility. He actually takes the time to explain to you what's wrong.

Not very professional

I am so glad I came in today, I feel so much better about my dental hygiene and I enjoyed my conversation with Erin she was great. The front desk staff they were also very friendly. Thank you!
