Some of the PA ASSISTANT THINK THEY ARE BETTET THAN YOU IF I COULD I WOULD GO BACK TO NAMPA AND SEE A REAL DOCTOR NAMED DOCTOR BLACK AND HIS TEAM I WOULD HE WORKS FOR TRHS AND I LOVED HIM AND HIS TEAM. YOU MIGHT WAN TO GET BETTER PA ASSISTANT AND SOME BETTER DOCTORS KAYBE YOU CAN HAVE DOCTOR BLACK TEAM SHOW YOU 23 RD HOW TO TALK AND TREAT YOUR PATIENTS

They need a better phone and appointment services been on the phone for over 3 hr no answer to my call called every location no one answered, I called from 7:30 in the morning till noon. Once my call was answered finally after 5 hours of waiting they told me to call them at early morning and they only schedule appointments as early as 24h ahead and they won’t schedule any appointment for later and then I called again the next couple morning no once answered my call I’m in a very deep pain due broken tooth. This place is a disaster no one cares here

Went to my appointment and was seen by a doctor that didn't have a dea number so he could not write for my meds that I needed? I have never met a doctor in a office without a deal number. Kinda of shady??

I have been coming here for a few years. My prior auths are never sent in less than a week, I can NEVER get ahold of my provider or her assistant, and I have had to go without prescriptions time after time. My calls have not been returned for over 2 weeks now, and I’m still waiting on a prior auth from 2 weeks ago that the doctor never sent in.My doctor never remembers anything about our previous visits or what advice/recommendations she has given me and often contradicts what she has previously said. She dismissed concerns that I had for a year and a half, and when I told her about it at my most recent appointment she said I was being dramatic. I’ve never had such poor health care.I’m completely disillusioned by Terry Reilly.

The girls at the desk, and nurses are very nice, but Dr. Scott was VERY condescending. He gave me an overly strong prescription that didn't really seem necessary (it felt like he assumed I was homeless or something and looked down on me) and when I came back with an obvious allergic reaction to that medication, I was told that even though I was prescribed a 10 day antibiotic I was apparently not expected to take it for more than 7, which was never relayed to me until now. He also wouldn't even bother to see me and said "there isn't enough evidence to prove it was the cause of the reaction" without even speaking to or looking at me. He told the girl at the desk to tell me to take Zyrtec.I would NOT recommend this place or at least this doctor. This is the worst experience I've had at a clinic

Unable to get ahold of anyone using the phone number that was given to Google maps.A automatic response system redirected me to a dead line without any further information.I'm pretty sure that they are over booked like every clinic in the Boise area.Guess I'll have to go down in person.

Horrible experience. Clearly don’t have good communication across their team. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you value your time or your sanity.

I have always had good experiences here, but my only issue is with contacting them by phone. There has multiple LONG days where I have attempted to call and get a message that the phone is busy and to try back later. All day long.

Terrible. Just go to the emergency room. That's what they're going to tell you to do anyways because they can't help you. Their only truth.

I believe the dr have helped me more since i go there
