This dentist doesn't show up to work. She cancels consistently.

I have visited many dentists in my life. Prior to visiting Dr. Kellbach, I was with a dentist for 4 years, who did not tell me which teeth I needed help with, nor told me to make additional appointments, for fillings. I lost 5 of my teeth during this time. Dr. Kellbach was very attentive, and has filled and bonded all of my teeth that needed it, within 4 months! She wasted no time, she let me know what I needed, and she filled and bonded my remaining front teeth, which another dentist told me, would need root canals. She even applied the silver fluoride treatments, which I never knew about before. She knows I am apprehensive with dental visits, but she has taken so much care to make sure that I am comfortable. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

I very rarely take the time to write reviews,however, when I have a particularly bad experience, I take the time so that others aren't subject to the same bad experiences that I was. I took my 2 children to see this dentist. This was our first visit. The dentist comes in and sits next to my 4 year old. She does NOT introduce herself to me. I found this very unprofessional and in bad practice. I have worked in the medical field for 13 years and have been a patient in all types of settings and have only encountered this one other time in all my years. The dentist and dental assistants do not have any patients with small children. I could tell they were very rough when examinig and doing the cleaning with my 41/2 year old. The dentist also recommended a full out root canal on my littlest one(this is still a baby tooth) By the Dentists own admission, her adult tooth is coming up quickly right behind it but still wants to put my little one through a root canal. NO WAY! My 13 year old later told me that they were rough with her as well. She has been to the dentist before for check-ups and has never complained after a visit.Until today. Needless to say I will not be going back there again. I came home today and the first thing I did was make a appointment with a new dentist!

Is it not standard that when you see a new Dentist, they introduce themselves to you? This one barely acknowledge me. Staff and dentist not good with children. Very rough and abrasive. Recommended root canal on a 5 year olds baby tooth. Will NOT being going back to that office.

My kids and I realy liked Dr. Kellbach. She seems down to earth, and took time to listern to our concerns. She is more gentle than my prior dentist. I would recommend her to everbody.
