List of Vibra Hospital Of Boise's Reviews
Staff is courteous, professional, well trained, helpful, comforting, and compassionate. If you need Long Term Care, this is the place to be, by far the best! There are not enough words to express gratitude, how happy I was to be here. I have never been to a Health Care Facility where I was sad to leave. I improved by leaps and bounds. Thank you staff for taking such great care of me!!!
Everybody cares, consistent communication, friendly and very clean. Kaylee is always nice and prayed with me. Jody always had time for me and was a bright light in my day, he was funny too. I give Vibra of Boise a 10. Your family will be well taken care of here.
I was treated like family answered all phone calls and made me feel at home I would strongly recommend this hospital and if I had to come back id do it in a heartbeat
I never usually leave reviews, but I feel as if I HAVE to in case you are considering having a family member transferred here. Our experience has been more than awful. My dad was in St. Al’s for a couple weeks due to pneumonia. We were able to visit him everyday.. heck, they even encouraged we did. He was then transferred to Vibra with a negative COVID test. Although his test was negative, they have kept him in isolation and do not even have the records from St. Al’s…My family and I have been unable to visit him for 2 weeks now.. which has really been hard on him, and when we speak to the his doctor there, she doesn’t even know why he is on isolation. A little concerning when it’s supposed to be their job. He also finished his chemo rounds for NHL, and they keep insisting he has a 6th cycle.. but if they read the records or communicated with his oncologist they would know he does not.On top of that, Joddie (quality control) decided to call my mom with a lovely RUDE attitude about how she can’t seem my dad. LIKE YES JODDIE WE KNOW. Food for thought: maybe educate your staff instead of approaching your client with your condescending attitude. The staff here is so inconsiderate, they truly only care about the $$ in their pocket. If we knew what we know now about this place, I would have fought for him to stay at St. Al’s. Do better Vibra, you’ve been a real joke.
Travel nurses beware!! They pulled my contract a week before my start date and tried to get me to sign a new one for significantly less... I had already put in my notice at my other job and my position had been filled. I would never work for a company that has so little regard for people.
My brother went here after he got a trach put in. At st. Luke’s his health was finally getting better so they sent him here for his recovery since it’s one of the only places to care for a trach. Soon after arriving here his health declined and the care he received was awful. He’s nonverbal and which made us worry to leave him here since his health was going down.
I have been a patient at Vibra Hospital in Boise for almost five weeks with one more ahead. I have been an hour and a half away from home and my life all this time after complicated surgery at St. Luke’s. I knew nothing about this facility when I was transferred here to recover. I have received excellent care while here. The medical staff (Dr. Gude, the PA Bob, the NP Matt, etc) are fantastic. Knowledgeable, accessible, kind, caring, thorough, and receptive equal phenomenal care. The nursing staff, from RNs to CNAs are unequalled. They are truly ministering angels. They take the time to build real relationships with patients. They are well-educated, patient, and responsive. The PT and OT staff are unmatched. They know how to assess a patient, tailor a plan to him/her, then get that patient better and home. The housekeeping staff is friendly, thorough, and genuinely kind.Of course, there are areas that could be improved like anywhere else. The facility is often understaffed, but that is a national issue right now. The food is inconsistent, often delicious but sometimes subpar. Of the dozens of healthcare professionals who have cared for me, I wasn’t happy with three. That’s an extremely low percentage.Overall, my experience has been exemplary. These people are exceptional at what they do and as humans. Few would choose to spend weeks in a hospital away from their lives; however, if you or a loved one needs acute long-term care, this is an outstanding facility. I would happily choose Vibra to care for myself, my husband, my children, my parents, etc. Thank you to the ENTIRE STAFF for your loving care, for keeping me safe, and for getting me home to my life. 💜
Working at Vibra has been such an amazing experience! EVERYONE, from the doctors to the nurses to the environmental staff, care about the patients. It really feels like a small family atmosphere and is a breath of fresh air compared to the large hospital systems in the area. I have been treated like gold as an employee. From my schedule to my work-life balance, Vibra cares about its employees!

My uncle was in a very serious car accident. After trauma surgeons put him back together he was then transferred to Vibra because his needs were too high for other facilities. The nurses were amazing! We requested a family meeting to make sure we had a game plan of how to provide the best care for him. They listened, accepted our feedback, created a viable plan and continued to be in contact with us all along the way. My uncle received incredible care there and I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a higher level of care for their loved ones. A special shout out to Andrea (my uncles case manager) that always answered our calls, texts, questions and concerns along the way. She helped us advocate for what was best for my uncle and is absolutely a huge asset to have on your loved ones care team. Vibra is very lucky to have her as an employee!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
