We take my 90 year old father to see Dr. Lucas. She is excellent! Super knowledgeable, calm, thorough and patient. The clinic always schedules dad relatively quickly and is easy to work with. We are very happy and feel very fortunate!

struggling with cancer, asked for my hydro to be refilled, and they treated me like a criminal looking for drugs. do not waste your time going to this place. dr bower should be a parole officer instead of a dr he does not care about his patients

Got a xray a month ago still waiting for results but there great at billing. Better health care in Guatemala or Cambodia then bonners ferry

I have been going to this clinic since I can not remember. I always felt good with my interactions with the staff. However, today Dr.Dr. Ligeia A. Reinhardt and her nurse Kathy Hamilton-Larsen took that way. I am 86 years old, I have been hit by and semi and have had numerous falls since 2017 with each fall brang another broken bone.This doctor and nurse DO NOT CARE about their patients and there well being. Dr. Reinhardt is not a doctor that cares at all about my aches and pains her and her nurse would rather say hurtful things.Today I walked out crying this was the second time in 2 months so today I am done. IF you care about your family stay way!!!!!! If you feel it is ok to bring personal matters into the doctors office and allow a nurse to say whatever she feels, then by all means this is the healthcare team for you!!! I will miss the ladies on the phones and at the front desk and the CNA's, they were wonderful! Had to give them 1 star - wanted to give no stars.

Don't waste your time in Pediatrics. Find a Doctor that shows up for work. 5 times now they canceled my son's 4mo check. (No 24hr notice) But they need the visit for Vaccinations. So no winning there. I don't recommend Dr. Rose or any at Bonners Ferry clinic.

My doctor and counselor are the best I've ever had my entire life and I wouldn't change them for the world. I get answers to my questions and walk away with great satisfaction knowing that I am being well taken care of. The best care I have had my entire life. That is why I give a raiting of five stars for my doctor Laura Lata and Carol Lucero LCSW. They have both saved my life in one way or another. I am grateful to have them on my medical team and I wouldn't have it any other way and I refuse to see anyone else. They take excellent care of me.
