The dentist seen my wife said he performed a root canal for two hours she sat there to have nothing done but he took all the enamel off on tooth and told to follow up in two months for her to receive a filler he lied did nothing seem another dentist and that dentist confirmed no root canal horrible dentist

Caldwell location has a bad negative vibe. Do not go to them in my opinion. Boise location has such a different vibe. Caldwell treats you like trash and I have amazing insurance. They are awful.

Not sure why the ratings of this place previously were not 5 star, but they should be - so let's kick it off with this review.  I am giving a 5 star rating for this clinic.  The service - the people and the care was stellar! My husband and I came  for our Covid vaccines.  One of our highlights was meeting a  woman named Raven.  When we first checked in - we were admittingly a little nervous.  I felt that Raven, the check in woman was just so friendly, caring and professional and had sensed we were anxious.  She made us feel welcomed and very comfortable.  Also Impressive was the fact that even before we took our seats to wait for our shot, she made sure we were scheduled for our next appointment.  The wait was maybe 5 minutes.  We had 2 different nurses that administered our shots. The first nurse for the first dose was so darn positive and answered all our many questions.  The second one for our 2nd dose was more quiet but very efficient.  They both were very thorough with our charts.  I had an allergic reaction awhile back so they both watched me like a hawk.  This clinic is very organized, clean and caring.  Parking is not an issue and the location is ideal.  I highly recommend this health care clinic!

If I could I would give this clinic no stars. They honestly don’t care about there patients health. My mom has been out of her medication and she called to have it refilled before she was out and almost a week later and nothing. And she needs to take it every day. DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!

Will be looking for new provider, always on hold or cant get through to receptionist. When the M.A. is supposed to call you back never received a call back. They have rescheduled my appt on 2 occasions. Also a referral was supposed to be sent and confirmed in my file it was sent to st als imagining w weeks after it was supposed to be sent. Find out the next week they say its not in my file that was ever sent. No one calls back. They told the imagining center wait 2 more weeks for my appt that was rescheduled to speak to someone about it. It was for my 20 week ultrasound. I am almost 22 weeks, appt isn't now for another week and a half. So when I possibly may get my referral I will be almost 24 weeks.. 4 weeks late for my ultrasound to be done and still will have to wait for the imaging center. Dr. Nina is nice and friendly when I have seen her. But dr.weiberg was rude and rushed and didn't answer my questions, then didn't put notes in chart she said she was so office ladys couldn't schedule appt she had requested and she had literally left office right after my appt so they couldn't find out . I was last appt on a friday and it showed she wanted out of there asap. Another visit the m.a. forgot I was in room waiting for cloud work so waited almost min until someone flagged her down for my blood to be drawn Again last appt of the day..

I have had nothing but quality care at Terry Riellys. They helped me when I had no insurance and continue to provide quality health care when I do have insurance. If I was to have one complaint, it would be that you can not get help when calling in. They are very difficult to reach by phone when you need answers to medical questions.

If you have any other option for your health care, take it! This is not the place to receive quality care. Dr.Nina is great in person, but that doesn't make up for the incompetence of the clinic staff. My mother is a patient there and has been suffering from a reaction to her new medication and has been trying to get a doctor/nurse on the phone for almost a week now. Several voicemails have been left on the clinic answering machine and twice my mother spoke to a receptionist. Yet still she waits. I will most likely have to subject my mother to a hospital trip soon. She is immunocompromised and terrified of the thought. But since her health"care" team doesn't give her the time of day, she will have no other choice.

I went here last year to be checked for abdominal pain, insisted on using an abdominal ultrasound which they said they had and instead when I got there they tried to pressure me into using the internal ultrasound which hurt and I was not comfortable with I ended up uncontrollably sobbing until they stopped and got nothing out of the appointment and they still charged me a whopping $130 dollars to sit on their table and cry. They didn't listen to my concerns at all and the appointment was traumatizing.

The care and attention you will receive by Dr. Wiberg is more than words can describe. She treats each patient with the upmost respect and makes sure they are taken care of. I went in for my asthma issues and the attention to detail she took with it made me feel better when I left. I’ve officially made her my dr and refer anyone and everyone I can.

I’ve had mixed experiences in one case they helped me find a solution to my problem in another they asked my to ignore my problem and if by a week it was worse to come back in. Well it got worse and landed me in the Er over something that could’ve been prevented a week ago when the signs surfaced. As for staff they all are kind and quick working but sometimes it seems they’re understaffed.
