I have lived in Challis for 31 years. I've always had the best experiences with the Challis Area Health Clinic. Our family is very appreciative to have such a fantastic, professional clinic here in the valley. Great job everyone at the clinic!! And speaking from experience, the EMT crew is awesome!! They were very experienced and extremely caring when we needed a family member taken to the ER in Salmon. Thank you Jon, Lance, and Judy, you're the best!!! And how wonderful is it to have an After Hours call line? The Provider on call, Chad Banks PA, was quick to call us back and give needed support. Thanks again everyone!

Wonderful staff! They took care of my son when he had a severe head injury the other year and I am so thankful for them. Love them as my family's primary care also.

From my personal experiences here, the providers and staff are very accommodating, and caring. I saw Chad Banks for allergies and he was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. I also had to get covid tested here, and the provider was very calming when my test came back positive. A lot shorter wait than my experiences having to go to Salmon.

We are from out of town and had some concerns for one of our kiddos. I called and they were so nice to make a same day appointment for me. They were so helpful, got us what we needed and got medicine.

Called to get a covid test at 1pm because I was exposed and have symptoms. Was told the lab tech would call me back. No call. Total incompetency
