Beware!! This Drs office will rip you off they have you pay out of pocket for services which I had to pay over $300.00, because I hadn’t met my deductible, Which was fine. After they saw my insurance would pay more they had the audacity to send me a bill for $10.00. They threatened to send me to collections. I hear they’re sending out duplicate bills to their patients and demanding payment. Many friends have stopped going here because of their billing practices. Just a word of caution.

I feel the need to give a shout out about my Dr. Barlow in Chubbuck. I have a physical scheduled next week and didn’t want to forget to talk to them about one of my medications, so I messaged them on the portal and within 20 minutes Dr Barlow responded to me, mind you it is Saturday morning and he should be out enjoying his weekend and preparing for Christmas. I am so impressed with this doctor office, it’s like going back in time 40 years when physicians really cared about patients. Thank you for being you Cindy Whitworth

The staff in this office has always been kind, which I have sincerely appreciated. However, I have encountered ongoing issues that have significantly impacted my healthcare. Two years ago, I required a referral for an echocardiogram. Despite repeated assurances from the office that the referral had been sent to the radiology department, the radiology department never received it. This continued for an entire month, with a series of redundant excuses offered each time I followed up. An order for an echocardiogram CAN’T be that difficult to send over, right????? Additionally, I have consistently faced challenges with prescription refills. At my most recent appointment, I was assured that three months’ worth of prescriptions would be sent to my pharmacy. However, one of my medications—which is not a controlled substance—was never submitted with the necessary refills. As a result, I had to call multiple times to request what had already been promised. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue over the years. Today, I spoke with the office manager, Lindsey, to express my concerns. While I remained professional, I was understandably frustrated, as my husband and I have dealt with these same issues repeatedly for YEARS. Despite my concerns being legitimate and well-documented, I was told that mistakes happen because “we’re only human.” While I fully understand that errors can occur, repeated failures over the course of years suggest a deeper issue—one of systemic inefficiency, not isolated human error. I stated that this pattern of mistakes demonstrates incompetence, as competence in healthcare requires reliability and follow-through. Rather than acknowledging the need for improvement, I was continually given the “we’re only human and we make mistakes” EXCUSE! I was instead told to find a different provider simply for pointing out these long-standing issues. I’ve read through all their reviews, and it seems like I’m not the only person who faces similar issues with this office. Patients deserve a medical office that is accountable, consistent, and committed to their well-being. Dismissing concerns rather than addressing appropriately is unacceptable. If this had happened only once, I could understand “human error”. But YEARS??? Nah. You’ve heard the excuses expression, right FMCC?? Excuses are like…. I hope this practice takes patient feedback seriously and implements the necessary changes to provide the quality of care that every patient deserves.✌️

Everyone was super nice and personable! The office is tidy and beautiful with the latest technology. Hannah was the sweetest! Strongly recommend!!
