I went to this place because it was required for an IME review of my back injury from work. Front desk staff was incredibly rude. I was a new patient so I was told to show up 15 minutes early for paperwork. My appointment time was 1 pm, they close and lock the doors for lunch until 1 pm. I had to call them(call center not on site) then they came and gave me the paperwork and closed the door on me. Larson is rude. He cut me off numerous times when describing my condition, and before I could finish he stood up and said "ok we are done, I will answer the questions they asked( my workers comp) and send it back to them". How are you going to do that when you haven't even evaluated me physically? All he did for a physical evaluation was test my reflexes. Absolute garbage provider.

20+ years ago Dr. Larson performed a cervical neck fusion surgery on my dad and recently another surgery to remove a compressed disc that was severely impacting his quality of life. We are so thankful to Dr. Larson and the staff- my dad is recovering well and regaining his life back.

Would give zero or negative stars if possible. If you ever want to be physically assaulted by someone make an appointment with Larson (won't call him doctor). This person is directly responsible for my disability. Workers comp laws protect him, if they didn't he'd be in jail

I have never been treated so rudely from a doctor and his staff in my life,his bedside manner is "Horrible",I would of left zero stars but no option!! His office ran me around for almost 3 weeks until I called and pushed the matter.The reviews are 100% correct concerning the office and himself being rude and not being empathetic what so ever.I would not send my worst enemy to this office,Beware!!

I'm about to have a fusion in my back and I was reminded of one I had several years ago. Dr. Larson was the doc on duty in the hospital after my surgery and my interaction with him was so terrible I swore I would never deal with him again. He has no empathy and should be monitored when dealing with patients. I felt absolutely bullied by him. Because of COVID I didn't have any family at my bedside to advocate for me and he took full advantage of that.

This was THE most bizarre interaction I have had with a medical provider, and I work in the medical field. I want to start out by saying Holly Moore, Nurse Practitioner, is wonderful. She is well educated, succinct, considerate, and professional. She reviewed my chart in entirety before our appointment and addressed my questions with patience and obvious competence. I don’t know if Dr. Larson was manic on the day of my visit, or if this is who he is as a person. I have a debilitating neurological problem and he made a mockery of the entire situation. After I told him my first symptom, dizziness, he laughed at me and said “Do your teeth itch too?”. I stared at him for several seconds, trying to assess if he was being serious or if maybe this was a “doctor” joke? I honestly still don’t know. My reply must have been not fast enough or not specific enough, because he laughed in my face and asked me if I found all my symptoms on the internet. From then on, he interrupted me so frequently that I couldn’t get the rest of the symptoms out. The neuro exam was typical, but rushed, and he did not wait for my responses. He quickly reviewed all of my imaging and declared that all of the findings were normal and could not possibly explain the symptoms I am having, most of which he hadn't heard. He refused to stop scrolling when I had questions about specific areas. He then asked Holly to leave the room. Before she left, she whispered to him about one of the abnormal findings, which he never did address. Dr Larson then launched into a sales pitch about his “Earth, Wind and Fire” therapy, which includes magnets, a hyperbaric chamber, and infrared lights for the low price of $1,800. He said I should have my hormones checked and anecdotally talked about his own testosterone therapy. I don’t know about you, but I don’t own any single-sided, neurologically specific hormones capable of disabling a healthy and active 38 year old. I insisted on going back to answering the question I had about my imaging. He once again quickly scrolled through it, refused to stop on the area of concern, and said he needed to get on with the rest of his day. Eventually I said “You didn’t even look.”, thanked him for his time, and left. The man can’t listen. He behaved like a clown and had no respect for my time or the gravity of my condition. While he has the reputation of a fantastic neurosurgeon, I think those days are numbered. He is so focused on his new pseudoscience pet project and egocentric song-and-dance that he has forgotten how to doctor.

Exceptional ! Staff are responsive when called, they are helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Larson listens, communicates well, and is an amazing surgeon. I referred a friend to Dr. Larson, they had the best experience, too. ( Note: we both had spine surgeries )

Dr. Larson performed my L4-L5 Fusion back in July of 2019. Before surgery, I had debilitating pain due to an injury sustained from college football. Holly and the staff treated me with the upmost respect and walked me through every step of the process. Dr Larson was very good and accurate, and have given me my life back. I am now 31 and able to get back to doing the things that were once taken away from me. Since my surgery, I have had multiple follow up appointments with Holly, the NP, and I have been able to get in promptly every single time. The negative google reviews have not been about Dr. Larson or Holly Moore, the two people who matter the most, I wouldn't listen to them. I highly recommend this clinic.

I can’t rate Dr. Larson, personally, as I did not make it far enough in to see him. I chose to walk out after his receptionist and her superior where likely the two rudest front desk clerks I’ve ever encountered. I would never send anyone I know, to this office. If the front staff can be that rude and off putting, first thing in the morning I might add, then I fear for what’s behind the door. Ladies at the front, if you hate your jobs and lives so much, get new ones! Don’t make everyone else suffer!!!
