Dr Lofaro is very knowledgeable, helpful and ethical. Her staff is very competent, friendly, and attentive to details. Her nurses are very caring and respectful, and the front desk staff, especially Callie, are kind and sensitive.

Maura Lofaro was our assigned Dr. at Gros Ventre OBGYN. But we never met her. We have never spoken to here. We have only seen her staff. Becky one of her nurses was excellent. we love her. But the rest of the staff that we dealt with was very immature, unethical, and immoral. Our second appointment we witnessed a very young non English speaking woman get asked to leave the waiting room do to the fact she owed them money. this action was taken directly in front of us. We heard everything that was said between both parties. Callie was the secretary that rudely asked her to leave and not come back till she had $840 of the balance due. We should not have witnessed this incident. There are at least 101 better ways that Callie (very short dark hair) could have handled this situation. The way she chose to do it right in front of a waiting room full of customers was horrible. Her behavior is not socially acceptable, moral and ethical. I am sorry if I spelled Callie wrong.
