List of Primary Health Medical Group - Garden City Specialists's Reviews
I used to go to Primary Health only for urgent care. However, a couple of years ago, I decided to use Primary Care Group for my primary health because this gave me access to make appointments with specialists. This was quite convenient as I could see the provider’s availability and select the appointment time that I wanted online. Recently, Primary Health changed their system to require a referral with a Primary Care or Urgent Care provider prior to seeing a specialist, even when insurance doesn’t require it. This causes patients to waste time and money on unnecessary appointments. The change also eliminated my incentive for using Primary Health as Primary Care. Please do better.
Scott Morrill shouldn’t be a specialist. Why when I come in to get my nose checked out, he barely does an exam(looked in each nostril for literally two seconds, then did the same with my ears. I wasn’t there for anything to do with my ears.) , clarifies he can only see the first third of my nose, reads my ct scan report, showing the top part of my nose when fractured could have shifted to the right and said bc it’s not cosmetically an issue it’s not worth looking at, and then prescribes some anti-inflammatory medication(which does nothing to cure the issue, but MAY slightly reduce the issue). All after telling him I’ve been sneezing blood(completely didn’t touch on that) I’ve been stuffy breathing for almost a year now, and having to readjust my nose just to breathe. If you’re a ‘specialist’ take the damn time to do in-depth exams of your patient and not just send them out the door after doing the bare minimum. Waste of time, money, and patience.
I feel like it was a waste of time and money to go here.
Dr Morrill took the time to explain everything to me and didn't make me feel rushed. He is awesome!!
Saw Scott Morrills, PA, super nice, however unwilling to listen and get me the proper treatment for imaging, instead ordered a hearing test which has nothing to do with my symptoms (pain & pressure on right side of face and sinus congestion) which concerns from ER nurse, Mastoiditis. Nurse was rude and condescending. Requested to see another ENT in their office and was told they are just Scott Morrills office that I would need to call on my own time, false information btw. Fyi, already had a hearing test, been diagnosed with degenerative hearing loss, and have a hearing aid, told that to the PA and nurse and they still insisted on a hearing test instead of imaging to see what's going on with the right side of my face and sinuses. This is what is called malpractice.
Both Dr. Matthew Bender, and his nurse provide excellent care. They are friendly and unhurried. They address all of my concerns. I am so appreciative of their fine care.
Kristen is amazing and Scott was very professional and understanding. Good parking, nice offices.
Dr. Bender and Vicki both made me feel welcome and eased my mind about the minor procedure they performed. I was also attended to very quickly & appreciated not having a long wait in their office. :)
Wonderful ENT Dr Mors so thorough and kind. And all staff wonderful. My place to go for ENT. Has a surgical procedure that was done and successful
Great service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
