I have experienced for the past year the most incompetent and irresponsible customer service that I have ever experienced from a doctor office in 50 years plus. I recommend that you save yourself the ongoing frustration and continual aggravation due to there ongoing non professional customer service and seek your medical services else where.

I’m the PSR at Rehab Authority in Homedale and on behalf of our clinic, we absolutely recommend Brad Greaves. He is a great practitioner and has your best interest in mind. He and his clinic are 5 star quality!

My son was sent to the ER even though the ER advised saying " not needed" they cost me a trip to the ER for nothing! What a joke this clinic is!

We went to this clinic because my husband needed an appointment and we were sent there!! I’m telling ya the PA asked us why not stay with Terry Riley, let me tell you why!! My husband had his blood drawn when we went. When a patients blood is drawn you CALL them with results, what does Terry Riley do!? Let me tell you, they send you an email that you can’t get into!!! I called today and was told someone would call me back before they left for the day well guess what it is 6:13pm and I still haven’t heard from them which means I have to call again Monday!!!! Yep we will continue to establish care with St Luke’s we will not be returning to Terry Riley, NO THANK YOU!!
