Dr. Smith was very kind and professional but his office staff was terrible. They did not explain confusing scheduling procedures and were very rude and unhelpful. When I addressed this with the manager, she was also unapologetic and uncaring. I don’t recommend their office to anyone.

My husband had Emergency Surgery and had complications not because of Dr. Brodi Smith but because his body didn’t respond. Dr. Brodi Smith was very hands on until the issues were resolved. He checked on him daily and was very kind, not only to us, but also to the nurses; he spoke to them with respect. Highly recommend
