It went as well as expected, Im happy with my results and choice of Dr and Staff.

Dr. Baird did a Horrible job with my son. He rescheduled the surgery and then he “disappeared “ on vacation or out of town without ever giving us a back up phone contact or on call doctors name and number. My son is still suffering and it’s been 4 days since the operation. My son is having nausea, vomiting, weakness and now we are at the Urgent Care where they just gave my son a second IV because he is dehydrated. He can’t eat, drink without vomiting, and can’t keep his pain medication down because he is taking it on an empty stomach. Dr. Baird left no post op instructions and nobody from his office or Mountain View Hospital has called to check on my Son either.

The office staff are great. Dr Baird has the kind of disposition I value in a medical professional. He was attentive and caring, with clear and succinct responses to my questions. Never did I feel rushed or that I didn’t matter. He is also very thorough. He noticed something questionable on my imaging, consulted an expert in Cancer radiology, and sent me for more imaging. Had he not taken those extra steps, after we had already schedule surgery, I would have had a lumpectomy, leaving the rest of my breast invaded with carcinoma in situ. Because of his attentive care, we opted for mastectomy and removed all cancer. He is a blessing to this community. Not to mention, he respected my request to not look too mangled post op.

Dr. Baird is very knowledgeable and direct with his assessments. I appreciate his professionalism.

Dr. Baird has performed surgery twice on my wife and once on myself. Idaho Falls is lucky to have his skills, thank you.

I have found that Dr. Baird is very knowledgeable and direct with his assessments. I appreciate his professionalism. I also appreciate his knowledge and ability to zero in on things. I appreciate how quick his office staff had set up my surgery and it was within a reasonable time out, also when I arrived the waiting time was normal for a good doctor I think I waited 15 minutes but it took that long to fill out the paperwork, once I was done with the paperwork I think it was for 5 minutes and they had me in. Also he respects but I am a Jehovah's Witness and has no blood listed on the documents for surgery and he's okay with it.

After reading reviews I am very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Baird. I felt rushed, and like he didn’t want to listen to my concerns or answer any questions. I am not confident in his “recommendations” you could even call it that. I will be looking to find a more caring, friendly surgeon for my daughter (10)

Dr Baird was really great. A little fast in his assessment but it did the job and I got in quickly for surgery. The only thing is I am very disappointed in the billing. I had my surgery the first part of November and I still do not have a bill. I have called 8 times and left just as many messages. I have tried to stop in and talk about my bill with the manager and surprise, surprise she is never there. Dr. Baird if you read this I think maybe it's time you got another biller.

Excellant doctor and staff. Little to no waiting time. The staff was knowledge and efficient. Dr. Baird is a terrific no non sense surgeon.. I had procedure done in the office. He did offer to do it in the hospital however after he explained the pros and cons I trusted his recommendation I have to admit I was Very stressed the day of surgery but I'm glad I listened to him. If your looking for a top of the line surgeon and staff this is the guy.
