My son was born 5 weeks early the NICU at EIRMC took such good care of him his entire stay. They were kind to us as parents and truly care about each one of their patients.

I had many great Nurses CNA ect. All of whom took really good care of me. Its clear they are over worked but never complained or lowered their standards. Rather than telling me how it was going too be. Each worked with me too make me comfortable and starting my road too recovery the right way. One thing I would ask is..if someone needs wear a brace..that its explained how too correctly wear it before leaving the hospital..My Physical therapists was very helpful we had some great talks as we walked the hall..

The Doctors were very good. They listen to all of my concerns and did a thorough review of my medical history. The addresses my concerns and provide recommendations tests and referrals. The staff was friendly and helpful.Thanks to everyone

From the moment I walked in everyone was so kind to me and my parents. The nurses I had were the best They even offered my parents drinks as well. The people who helped us check in were awesome as well. The man was easy to talk with and helped me calm down. It was nice to feel that way before a surgery even if just for a bit.

My experience at EIRMC was incredible. Beginning with Erynn in the ER I knew immediately I was in the best hands. I had covid19. She took over my care and barely left my side. Even when I asked for a pillow she said they were hard to come by yet within 10 minutes she found one for me. When my heart went into afib and began to race at 175 bpm I was admitted to the fourth floor. I was put in the care of nurse Vanessa who was an absolute angel. She was kind and gentle and took such good care of me. When I felt that I was losing hope she came to my bedside and encouraged me about the importance of hope and that she just knew I was going to be alright. Nurse Crystal took over and she was another angel who was right there anytime I needed anything. I have only the highest praise for these nurses and the doctors who brought me through this nightmare.

Everyone was so friendly and nice the minute I walked in the door All the staff on the surgical floor were attentive and made sure I knew everything that was going on with my procedure I just can’t say enough good about my experience there and yes I’m very partial to EIRMC
