It was less expensive for us to go to the orthopedic surgeon twice than it was to get an X-ray and see a Dr here. Also insurance paid more to go to just 4 kids.There are few options when your in a pinch but be prepared to pay for it.

Check in was quick from my car. They were friendly and got me right in to a private room. The nurse & doctor took their time with me. I felt like they cared.

They were super awesome with my little girl 💗 Answered every question + listened to every concern. Even when I called the nurse the next day to ask follow up questions, she took the time and even asked the doctor questions for me to verify!

Very clean, organized, friendly reception. Were seen rather quickly on a Sunday evening. Doctor and nurse had bubbles and stickers to put my toddler at ease. Thoroughly explained after care from small injury, with take home paperwork to reference. Didn’t make us feel like we “overreacted” by bringing child in, even though injury was more superficial than we thought and stitches weren’t needed. Child was offered motrin and a popsicle to ease pain. (Mouth injury)

Love that they have their prices listed very clearly up front! All staff were fantastic! Front desk gal even came out to play the little soccer game w my daughter to help her feel at ease:) later she came in to help calm my girl when she was terrified of getting the numbing shot before her stitches. They were patient, caring, professional. Neil,PA did a fantastic job w her sutures and had great bedside manner. Each exam room has a TV which was a game changer!! And my daughter got a free frozen yogurt coupon for being so brave Thru the procedure and it made her night:) will definitely recommend this clinic!

Love how caring the staff is. My son needed to be seen and went here, thought he had something simple going on. Come to find out it is more serious and the staff was on top of it and knew what he should be tested for right away. Glad they caught it quickly. Great staff! Thank you for all your hard work!

I recommend Just 4 Kids Urgent Care! They were friendly, informative and very helpful! I wish they took adults as patients! They had a T.V in the room. Which made the time go by faster and helped distract my child from the pain he was in. They offered us a huge variety of drinks including flavored sodas! Where was this kind of Dr. When I was growing up?! They doubled checked the x-ray and they also have a radiologist that checks them and gets back to them in as fast as 15 mins. They were up front telling us what we were waiting for not just saying we'll be back with you in a minute. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable! I was almost sad when they said we were done! They really to a great job catering to the kids and making them feel comfortable and not scared. I was blown away at their hospitality and was very happy that Idaho falls had a place like this to take my kids to! They also called us the next day to see how my child was doing!
