The Idaho Falls office staff is nice. The dentists do a good job but I hate that you have to go through a call center to make an appointment. It is very inconvenient and impersonal. It takes a long time and I have had more than once that after holding, they couldn't make the appointment and sent me through to the office to do it anyway. Last time I had to hold for nearly 15 mins just to make an appointment. The time before that they changed our appointment times without telling us and when I tried to call to get it sorted out it was a huge pain. Also if you miss one appointment they will charge you a fee.

Had a tooth break. Willamette got me in quickly and was able to save the tooth. In spite of a lot of work being done on the tooth, it was practically pain-free. They did a great job!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time but I found these guys and they are awesome. The staff is professional and friendly. I had a great time visiting with them and getting my teeth cleaned. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and caring dentist!

Highly recommend Dr. Chambers. He is respectful and gentle, explains everything he’s doing, and checks often to make sure I’m okay. I had a couple difficult cavities that had to be filled and he made it the best experience it could be. The hygienists are great too. They have all taken the time to teach me and I feel more empowered about my dental health!
