l have seen Dr. Willis for a number of years. Very knowledgeable and caring Doctor. Listens and understands your symptoms and shows concerns for your health and feelings. Better than the Doctors that give answers that you can not understand without a medical degree. Has feelings for your feelings! One of the best physicians I have visited in my over 80 years of life!

Dr. willis ignored the fact that I am bi-polar. She has continually written my prescription without consultation. I recently had an extreme manic episode, I could have totally gone off the deep end, she didn't even call after she found out about my extreme manic episode. An oncall Dr. saw me and doubled my med. Dr. Willis didn't even call me after that, UNBELIEVABLE. One time when I saw Dr. Willis she implied to me something like "guess i'm responsible for your bi-polar too", WOW! When I arrive, the nurse goes over everything on the computer, all info, meds, etc., then Dr. Willis comes in for a 5 min. visit, WHAT? Bi-polar people should never be ignored like this. There have been some extremely dangerous and horrible reports of what people with bi-polar have done (ON THE NATIONAL NEWS, ETC.) How would she feel if I would have done something horrible like that, she probably wouldn't take responsibility for it. Its very surprising to me that someone like that works Valley Medical Center

I went in educated ands with a list of questions. I was shot down and told other options to my problem were not an option. Refused to try anything different from the norm to treat thyroid function even tho the norm isn't working. .very rude about it even.
