My initial visits with Dr. Morgenstern in 2019 were positive for the most part. He listened and interacted with me on my concerns. As of 2022, he apparently no longer sees patients and seems to only be interested in performing endoscopies and not addressing patient symptoms or concerns. And his office does not answer or return phone calls to follow up with the Nurse Practitioner, who only meets with patients now, apparently.

I saw Dr. Morgenstern for a consultation in 2019. I felt he genuinely listened to my concerns and addressed my questions thoroughly. I had no sense of being hurried through the appointment. I have not had a procedure done by him yet, but based on my initial visit, I would highly recommend him.

Dr morgenstern is excellent and very professional in his practice. I have the utmost confidence in the procedures done and any questions or concerns are addressed and discussed. I have had several procedures done and am completely satisfied with every aspect of them. The pre-procedure care, after care and overall ease of it all. I personally would not go anywhere else. My overall care under this gentleman has addressed several conditions of which most have been alleviated, or minimized.

Dr Morgenstern's staff were all great, from his receptionist to the nurses and techs in the pre-procedure area and colonoscopy room. Doctor Morgenstern answered all my questions and was very informative. I will gladly see all of them again in 2 years.

I only had a chance to talk to him for 3 min. he never talked to me after procedure or the follow up. Very disappointed in the procedure. now I have a lot of health issues since the procedure.
