Dr. Parra scheduled me for 10:30am and didn't see me until after 2:30pm. I was told this is common for Dr. Parra. This was for a colonoscopy, so I hadn't eaten anything for almost 40 hours by the time they got me in.

He removed my gallbladder. Dr. Parra is very professional and kind. He is thorough and explains every step carefully and with detail. I first met Dr. Parra in the Gritman ER. I was in severe pain and he knew to stop pressing on my abdomen. Dr. Parra greeted me just prior to surgery as nurses were wheeling me into the operating room. The follow up exam went well, too.

He was my surgeon for major abdominal surgery. Was very thorough. Spend ample time in hospital visits to answer questions. Never seemed rushed. I'm nine days out from surgery and healing well.
