I’ve had a lot of bad medical experiences in my life and had very few doctors take me seriously resulting in a lot of undiagnosed issues. I’ve never had that issue with CHAS, frankly it’s the best care I’ve ever received and I continue to go back every time I need assistance and they’re always there to help without judgment. Iv since gotten help for a variety of my problems and am receiving treatment that has drastically improved my life.

Just disgusted with the service that you don't get from them I haven't had my meds in 2 weeks they told me that they would mail them to me I've heard nothing I go down there they're out to lunch go back today they're on vacation I'm done with you guys you guys are second third fourth class help ridiculous no help chas.

Very poor to nonexistent coordination within their system. Patients seem to be an afterthought. You fill out questionnaire multiple times per visit. Prescriptions are done without patients knowledge. And staff is severely challenged to find out specifics. Appointments are scheduled for one isuue only to become something entirely different.

My first appointment and I will not be returning. The nurse that took me to my room and did initial intake was AWESOME. I wish I remembered her name. Awesome bed side manner, did not interrupt me while I was speaking or explaining anything. Things changed drastically after the physician came into my room. She asked another battery of questions similar to the nurse; HOWEVER, she interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain symptoms or situations that exacerbated my symptoms......ALL TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT QUESTION. I understand they are busy and have to get to the next patient, but this kind of treatment is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, she did not listen to my primary complaint and prescribed me something that was the exact opposite of what I needed. She gave me misinformation about the use of the medication just so she could prescribe what she wanted. Makes me wonder if they are getting kickbacks.

This Is Not To In Any Way To Suggest Chas Clinics Isn't Good For This Community Please Understand My Post Only Will Help To Address The Same Thing I Been Saying All Along About The Lack Of Attention To Most Pressing Issue Facing Every Community Mental Health Awareness Signage. Now On With My Encounter With Person Taking Our Call 6/11/2021 @ Approx. @ 2 PM or so , Lets Just Say We Will Be Unable To Continue With Chas And I Expect An Apology And Follow Up With Administrator. Must Say It Took More Than Hour To Console My Dear Wife Who Has Faced The Most Unbelievable Treatment Since Stroke By Senseless Non Compassionate , To Busy To Care, So Called Health Care Providers And Their Subordinates Mostly The Folks Answering Phones .. Once Again Thank You Google For Enabling And Allowing Professional Conscience Truthful Non Biased Reviewers Like Myself .
