I have always been able to see her when needed. I she would answer questions I would have.

Friday morning appointment after 3 weeks of vomiting, nausea, headache, stomach pain, referred back pain . Did xrays and bloodwork. She said the results would be back that afternoon. Never heard from her. Called the office, was told to come back in 2 weeks if not better. Never addressed any of my symptoms. Not impressed, especially after since it is a 3 hour round trip to see her.

She listens and is thorough

Dr. Eggleston is my primary care physician. In general, I like Dr. Eggleston as she is a very nice person and listens to you about your health troubles. I however am somewhat concerned about her follow through. I made an appointment with her as I was having some concerning stomach problems. She took blood, urine, and a stomach xray and said if they did not find anything they would call and schedule a CT. I however never heard anything from her till I got a letter stating everything was normal and to make another appointment if I had any questions. My issues had not gone away, so I made another appointment where I ended up just sitting down with her for five minutes and had her tell me she would recommend me to gastroenterology, which she thankfully did. I somewhat felt like I got the brush off the first time around. I also feel like she needs to explain certain medical issues better as a year earlier she had told me I was borderline anemic with no explanation as to what that meant.

went for 8 months with every symptom of ovarian cancer. No labs, tests, pelvic exam. Told I was constapated and to use stool softeners for 8 mo. Insisted on CT. dianosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. learned a friend had the same experience. dianosed with stage 4. died 2 mo. later. 2 more since.

This is the best Doctor I have seen in 30 years! Dr Eggleston is empathetic - listens to the patient - and asks further questions to establish a deeper understanding of the issue(s). I appreciate her upbeat attitude and her consideration of her patient and their welfare. Thank you Dr. Eggleston!

Went 8 months with every symptom of cancer. Ran no tests, no pelvic exam. Said I was constipated and to use stool softeners. finally I demanded a cat scan which reveled a stage 3 ovarian cancer. I later heard a neighbor had a similar experience. She died 2 months after finally being diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. It is really hard to get her to do anything. Seems more concerned with insurance companies. I have heard many similar stories about Ms. Eggleston. Every time I post they take it down as well as negative comments by others.

She was my father's physician. I was his daughter. I took him to his appointments. I took him to Valley Medical several times due to him losing his voice with no other symptoms. He was first diagnosed with bronchitis and put on antibiotics. A few weeks later she said it was pneumonia. No symptoms but lost his voice. A few weeks later he was taken by ambulance to the ER. They diagnosed him with small cell lung cancer. He passed within 3 weeks.
