If I could give this doctor a negative rating he would. He had my father, a disabled vet go through every flippin test possible (which he passed) for a hip replacement to only DENY him. He knew Damn well in the beginning a denied my father. I would NEVER recommend him. This says a lot about this so called doctors character. Shame on you “Dr. Lambert”, you have made my father suffer enough.
He's rude crude and obnoxious. He wouldn't even answers the questions we had about my condition but he didn't have a problem, taki g up my time and my money, to explain in DETAIL what he had for lunch. Then charge us for 2 visits when I was only there 1 time. Oh, and they dont tell you about ALL the HIDDEN charges and fees. This is just wrong! They really have a racket going. Asking a question he would ALWAYS cut us off and talk about a total different subject and never answer what we would ask. He wanted to talk about what he wanted to. NEVER EVER will I EVER go back.
Dr. Lambert rates near the top the doctors I have seen. I am an old man and have seen many. 5 Stars? No, should be at least an 8, maybe even a 10. Dr. Lambert cares deeply for his patients. He has a excellent grasp of the most important part of being a great physician. He understands how to ask useful questions.
Dr. Lambert is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable pulmonologist. He is very thorough and takes time with his patients and goes the extra length for them. I cannot tbink of a nefatice thing to say about him. I wiuldnot go to anyone else in Spokane!
He is constantly late. Left waiting for him 30 minutes the 1st visit and 50 the next. Failed to obtain medical records he said he would 3 months ago. Left me waiting another 15 min while the staff tried to find them. He is clearly seeing too many patients as he could not remember me from the 1st visit and spent 5min reading my chart in the exam room before adressing me. Ordered 1 test and didn't follow through. Makes me wonder if he should just retire.
We contacted Dr. Lambert's office as a referral from my doctor. We were referred on a Wednesday and seen the following Friday. The purpose of the visit was to schedule a biopsy of two lymph nodes - one in the neck region and another in the bronchial region. Upon arrival at the office we were greeted by the friendly reception staff - who had a sense of humor - but still respected HIPAA and the atmosphere of a professional medical office setting; a nice mix. We were checked in and waited less than 10 minutes to be escorted back to the examination room. Once there, the nurse took vitals and history, entered it into the electronic chart and then closed the computer immediately. She told us that Dr. Lambert would be right in. We waited another ten minutes and the nurse came back to tell us that the doctor was busy on the telephone with an urgent consult and that he would see us as soon as he completed the call. That was a nice courtesy. Within another ten minutes Dr. Lambert came in and introduced himself to us in a dry manner. I jokingly told him that he sure did meet the "bedside manner" of previous rating(s). This produced a smile and an explanation that while he does lack in bedside manner, he excels in results. From that point forward, the "dry" sense was gone - replaced by a congenial and genuine open exchange. After the examination, Dr. Lambert informed us that he would have one of his younger associates perform the actual procedure since he was more familiar with the new equipment and techniques. Bravo. we would recommend Dr. Lambert to family and friends without reservation ... despite his "bedside manner".

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
