I would give my drs staff 5 stars but I have had some minor issues with other staff. Thad Giblett and his staff went to work right away getting referrals made and tests done to go forward. His staff answers any questions via the portal almost immediately and handle any issues that arise. I would highly recommend Thad and his team.
Very good service thank you
After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant and went in expecting to spend a lot of time waiting. I was in and out of the express care in an hour or less. Granted, it wasn't too busy. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable the whole time and got everything handled in a timely fashion. Will go again!
Dr Ripley is great but his team is not. They do not care that my daughter has been out of her life saving meds for awhile. We have called. She is now on the way to the hospital and I'm currently looking up malpractice lawyers. Shame you treat patients like this.
My son went in after being sick for 2 + weeks. They did absolutely nothing, except swab him for influenza and sent him home. He’s now at home 3 days later having to go back to the Dr. With no insurance, he’s paying out of pocket for nothing! Maybe they should listen to their patient.
Whenever I use express care I end up sitting around for 3 hours with no one... Ryan who is a doctor in express care didn't check on me or have anyone else. I sat waiting for a work note and for someone to come and run covid tests for 2 hours.
I came in having an allergic reaction to an antibiotic they put me on. I came with a swollen tongue and rashes. The doctor told me to keep taking it despite the fact I couldn’t eat or swallow, and wouldn’t change my antibiotic. Don’t bother calling any department, they won’t answer. The nurses at urgent care are so unbelievably rude, they rush you in and out so you get 1/2 the care you need. I understand being understaffed, but I was the only one in the waiting room and all the staff in the back were just sitting. I could hear the nurses and Dr. laughing and complaining about being there for about 15 minutes before I was seen. They WILL treat you like a problem so expect to feel like you’re wasting their time. If you want actual quality care, go to the Sterling Urgent Care over by Panda Express. The Dr. over there switched my antibiotic and gave me some advice on dealing with my tongue and rashes. Thanks for nothing Valley Medical <3
I had an excellent experience with dermatology. I went to treat a skin condition that other doctors hadn't had success in treating previously. Although they don't have a dermatologist, they have a nurse practitioner who specializes in dermatology, and she seemed very knowledgeable and recommended a treatment method which other doctors had not thought of, and which seemed like a possible course of treatment. I would definitely recommend.
The nurse Rachel in the OBGYN department was incredibly rude over the phone. I have been in intense pain for the last 3 months and having other issues. Dr. Kern ordered an ultrasound to check for cysts. I called multiple times to get a result and when she FINALLY called back she told me my iud was in place. When I asked her about the cysts she said it was normal. And I said excuse me I saw the footage and it’s obviously not normal. She responded with “are you a radiologist, do you know. It’s normal”. All of this happened after my pap came back abnormal and they didn’t do further testing. I am getting a second opinion because literally no one offered to do further testing to explain why I’m having intense pain along with my other symptoms. Completely unprofessional.
They don’t answer phones just rings and rings then want you to leave message which never gets return call. Receptionist was fabulous but follow up very lacking. Probably will never use services again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
