Awful experience would not recommend anyone to this place or there linked branches..
I had dental work done for my son in Washington and mom was going to complete the at Terry Reilly in Marsing. When we went for his cleaning in Washington, our dentist showed us his new x-rays compared to the x-rays she took last year. What my son got for treatment at Terry Rilley was half fillings over decay and poor quality dental work. None of the cavities had the decay drilled out. As a result, my son had to have another extraction because of poor dental care. The fillings fell out and filling material is stuck on the outside of his teeth. My son's mom said she paid $500 for this nightmare. Now dad and stepmom have get work redone at his dentist in Washington.
The nurses, Physicians Assistants, secretaries, and all of the staff here are all so nice. The medical team here does more than just treat their patients. They care about them as people, and do their best to ensure that each of their patients is comfortable, and gets proper treatment. You can tell that they're in it to help people.
Today I had my first dental appointment and I was happy I chose to go to them. The front office staff was friendly and worked with my schedule for my next appointments. Jessica took my x rays and was patient and gentle through the entire process. Dr. Callison took her time explaining the work I need to have done and my options. Jessica and Dr. Callison answered all my questions and concerns. I HATE visiting the dentist but this experience changed my mind. I go back next week. And two weeks after that. The drive from Boise to Marsing is well worth it!
The receptionist that answers the phone is extremely rude. She kept cutting me off and when I was trying to explain that I needed to translate for my father and speak to the doctor myself, she cut me off to tell me “we speak Spanish here. We can do it. We speak Spanish.” And this is not the first time she has been rude.At this point I want to switch his doctors in order to avoid speaking with her.
First used the clinic in April 2012 for acute gallbladder attack. Doctor told me he thought I was lying about past medical history so consequently dawdled with referral for ultrasound but eventually I had successful surgery. Three years later l returned to clinic for Medicare Wellness Check and some pitiful followup when I was basically told by PA that I was old and going to die anyway; leaving me with the impression that I didn't deserve medical care and attention. I stopped using clinic or receiving any medical care until recently. In March 2018 I complained in the community and was referred to the TRHS outreach staff; she called today, assured me other medical staff is available in Marsing clinic and made me an appointment for next week. Maybe I'll have a better experience this time; I hope so because I need some help.
Fantastic doctors! They always manage to get you in same day if needed😁
Stop by at 6 on a Thursday when it says it's open till 8 called all the numbers on the sign no one answers with the people sitting inside. The door was locked I rattled the door the people behind the counter looked up and ignored. I was trying to get medical attention for my seven-year-old little girl that needs stitches.
Great staff, been going here for about 8 years. It's worth the drive to be treated like a person.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
