Dr. Pugh and his staff are amazing! I came in frightened and hurting with a mouthful of nightmarish dental needs. I have seen him several times now and each time I feel less and less dental anxiety. Instead of dreading my appointments I now look forward to seeing Dr. Pugh and his staff every week. Plus my mouth literally looks and feels 1000 times better already!Sadly I have been to ALOT of dentist in my time, but Dr. Pugh and the girls on his staff are extraordinarily amazing. I would absolutely reccomend this clinic (MELBA) to anyone who suffers from severe dental anxiety, is on a tight budget or limited income. If none of that applies and you just really want to see magic happen this is the crew to talk to!I am forever grateful to all of them.

Went in on Friday morning to see if they could squeeze me in sometime that day for an emergency dental appointment. I'm pregnant with a broken tooth in an extreme amount of pain and can't eat. I was told the only way they might be able to see me is if I waited in their waiting room all day hoping someone would no show for an appointment but there was no guarantee that would happen and that would be the only way they could see me that day. The front desk staff acted like me asking any questions was a complete waste of their time. They wouldn't even try to schedule me for the following week or give me any options. I understand not squeezing someone in for a cleaning but an obvious emergency with someone in that much pain it seems like there should have been something they could do at some point during the rest of the day or try to get me in at another clinic asap. I'm extremely disappointed in their practices and lack of professionalism.
