I have been coming to Bella Family Healthcare for over 4 yrs now, and I’m so grateful to have found them! Sue, and her staff are so warm & welcoming. Sue takes her time with me, and truly makes me feel cared for. I would recommend Bella Family Healthcare to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

I started seeing Sue about six months ago for hormone therapy. From the moment I walked in the office was clean. Front office was friendly. I didn’t have to wait long to be called back and or waiting for Sue. She’s very knowledgeable, Understands and listens to what you say. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a primary care.

I just finished my quarterly "Established patient wellness check." A Medicaid benefit, something unremarkable, but never with Sue. I'm grateful for the good health I enjoy, but more importantly I'm grateful for the continuity of her care. Sue knows my name and condition without having her nose in a screen. We talk about things generally and she's always present in the moment. I cannot put a value on my good fortune to have Sue as my nurse, a caring provider who knows me, and absolutely does her best for me.

After reviewing other Google reviews I don’t believe this is the kind of place that I want to go to. People either hate or love this place. These kinds of places puts to much stress on me as I don’t need anymore stress in my life.

I have been with Bella family health for 5 years. In those 5 years, my teenagers nor I have been able to see Sue when we have been sick (maybe 5 times). I am always told to go to urgent care. This time was the end. I got a summer cold, ended up getting an ear, eye and sinus infection. Went to urgent care TWICE and then an eye doctor because my eyes were not getting better. To find out the drops the urgent care gave were for babies and toddlers hence why my eyes after two weeks were still irritated. I got a new eye regiment. However, my throat had been sore for 15 days and my ears were still slightly bothering me. I called Sue to see if I could possibly come in because now I can't trust that urgent care gave me the correct antibiotics for my ears. Well after saying I had been to urgent care twice, Sue still could NOT fit me until the next week (this was a Monday). My mouth dropped open completely. What is the point of a primary if they literally can NEVER see you when you need them. I am immediately looking for a new doctor that cares about their current patients and not just getting new ones.

I have been seen by many Drs that misdiagnosed me and were never able to help me. After one visit with Sue, she was able to change my life. She spent time genuinely listening to me and cared about what was going on with me. I changed my insurance just so I could stay under her care. Her office staff is also so sweet. I HIGHLY recommend Sue Jardine!!

It was hard to think of transitioning from my long time, dear friend and provider, Gloria Beery! However, from the start, Sue has been very thorough and proactive every visit. She is very personable and looks beyond my symptoms and treats my whole person. I’ve loved getting to know her. She is the best and I am repeatedly blessed.

I would definitely not recommend this office. Very unprofessional. Horrible communication. Random Messages in the middle of the night on the app instead of answering when your call. Very bizarre. Find elsewhere. Also tons of dogs in office. Find better.. awful

Sue is absolutely amazing as my provider! I have not felt this cared about for a very long time! She has encouraged me so much in my weight loss and health conscious journey!
