I’ve been a patient at Borron family med since I was a child. I have always received the most personal and supportive care from both Brookney & Christie. The front desk staff and check in nurse are all phenomenal as well. This place truly feels like home. From routine check ups to the hardest days of my life, they’ve been there with me through it all. Thank you Borron family med for the love and care. ❤️

Just had my first appointment as a new patient and felt compelled to leave a 5-star review! The waiting room was clean, quiet, and welcoming, with calming background music. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, kind, and friendly. Dr. Finch took the time to truly listen, addressed all my concerns with care, and performed necessary tests quickly and confidently—giving me peace of mind right away. Absolutely love this office. I worked healthcare for years and was never happy with any of the providers I was supposed to see in the health system I worked for. Christie came recommended to me by a friend after my husband had a medical emergency in 2015 and I have been going to her ever since. I have also recommended her to many others who have been seeing her for years. She cares deeply about her patients and listens. I disagree with some of the negative reviews I read. I have lost almost 70 pounds while being her patient and a chunk of my issues were due to my weight. She has supported me through my weight loss and keeps me in check. That’s what an amazing physician does. An amazing physician is honest and that is what she is. I have been so impressed with her care I recently switched both my teenagers over to her and they both absolutely love her. The office is great and everyone is always nice. Her nurse is incredible and has been there for years. I highly recommend this practice.

I love Borron , they have always been amazing to me & my husband. I read the complaints of a couple of ex patients saying they don’t listen & are judgmental if you are over weight. My husband & I are both over weight & not just 20 pounds, they have ALWAYS listened to us & have been nothing but caring & supportive of us. They are great listeners & really care about our whole health , mental & physically. They’ve been our doctors for 10 years & will continue to be. Love every provider, nurse & office staff.

I was a patient here for 9 years. I used to love their service and highly recommended them to anyone who asked. In the last few years their service has gone down drastically. I understand COVID has been hard on the medical field but it's pretty ridiculous. I've had other clinics that have needed information from them and they had to request it three times because the form was sent over blank after Borron had said it was complete. They are not queer friendly and I agree with the previous commenter that if you are overweight they treat it as if that is your only problem. I understand weight effects your health. I also understand that your health can effect your weight. I don't feel I was ever genuinely listened to when asking for help with my weight. Also be aware that if you get sent to collections, they give you two warnings and then drop you as a patient. I was not aware of this and ran out of a prescription. Instead of just sending the refill for a med I've taken six+ years and making me aware I need to find a new care provider for my next refills, they just said "well you got a letter and we left a voicemail seven months ago." Since that letter was sent, they had filled prescriptions, they had spoken with me, and communicated with other clinics. Not once during that time was it mentioned I wasn't a patient anymore. I have luckily been able to get into a new doctor within the next two weeks but I feel it's wildly unethical that they are okay with two notices and then not filling a thyroid medication that I get very sick off of. I hope I'm still able to work during this time between appointments and that I don't get too sick. I understand that I need to pay my bills or they won't see me. I don't have a problem with that. I have a problem that they have really left me hanging medically and that doesn't feel right. I'm disappointed because I did like this office for so long. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
