Brian Affleck's Online Review Report Card

The best ENT in the treasure valley. Do not go see anybody else!!

Met with him Oct 2022. I chose him because of the reviews 5 star rating. I waited six months to get into him. He came in introduced himself to me. Looked quickly at my ears, looked in my nose and said can't see anything. I have had severe vertigo for 5 years. Did not ask what had gone on with me or offered any advice. Oh as he walked out the door he said "maybe vestibular problems" the PT from hearing ...

I had been dealing with dizziness for 8 months. After many attempts to get this figured out, I picked Dr. Affleck randomly. The 1st visit did not go well. I asked him if he thought my Eustachian tubes could be the problem. He said no, your ears look fine, take another antihistamine. I asked him to do the procedure and check the tubes out. He finally agreed. I had outpatient surgery and I came home with a discharge paper that talked about mammograms! I spoke with his nurse twice, him once, as he called me at home. I said I'm ok, but as time went on, I was having serious issues so I called again, the Nurse said the Dr. said put a piece of cotton in it. I had NO idea what to expect after the Surgery, 3 weeks later I saw the P.A. at his office. She spent 30 minutes reassuring me that it was normal. Thank God for her. The whole experience was really a "mess".

I’ve been to see Dr Brian Affleck several times now. Throat and nasal issues. He is as friendly and knowledgeable as can be. He explains things so I understand. After my first visit with him I couldn’t wait to share what I had learned from him with my husband! Dr Affleck is great with askIng if I have any questions. I never feel like he’s in a rush to get out the door to the next patient. When he’s with you, he’s with you. He actually looks at you when he’s talking to you. I had nasal surgery by him. I typically would be full of anxiety but knowing what a truly kind and thorough doctor he is, I was at ease and had 100% faith in him. Surgery was a success and the results were just like he told me! If you are in need of an ENT doctor, do what you can to see Dr Affleck! Also, his nurse Danett is welcoming, sweet and friendly every time she’s been the nurse!

Dr. Affleck has the best bedside manner! He is very thorough. He has performed surgery on my son twice and my daughter once. My kids have been patients of his since 2009. Dr. Affleck is a leader and an outstanding role model for everyone who has the opportunity to work with him. He takes care of all ENT patients, no matter how young or how old. If you need to see an ENT physician, don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment with Dr. Brian Affleck. You deserve it!

Dr. Affleck truly cares for his patients. He came in to do a tracheotomy on me on a Saturday night! I didn’t want anyone to do the tracheotomy but him. I was nervous,yet he put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Affleck for your ear,nose or throat issues.

He is a pleasure to work with and I feel comfortable in his office, which is a big deal for me because I seem to have uncontrollable anxiety about visiting the doctor. I've been to see him a couple of times now and I appreciate Dr. Affleck for listening to my complaints and his desire to figure out what's causing my sinus infections, instead of filling me with pharmaceuticals and patting me on the head.

Dr Affleck is a very good doctor. I have seen him a couple of times for different issues, and he has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. I will see him again if the need arises.
