I’m very disappointed with my experience at BridgeTower Dental. I made my appointment weeks in advance and uploaded my insurance cards through the patient portal ahead of time specifically to avoid issues at check-in. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told they did not have my insurance information on file. I then sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes trying to sort it out, with no resolution. As a very busy person, I simply do not have time to sit in an office hashing out insurance questions that should have been addressed long before my appointment date. If there was an issue verifying my insurance, I should have been contacted prior to my arrival so it could have been handled ahead of time. The lack of preparation and communication was extremely frustrating and made for a very disappointing experience.

A very good first encounter for myself and wife with Bridge Tower Dental. I would like to applaud Dr. Cox and the staff he has gathered, all of whom are very organized and knowledgeable. Quick, friendly and did an excellent job managing any discomfort. I felt little discomfort and no pain. Another big plus was they got me in right away which I greatly appreciate. I am happy with Bridgetower Dental and will keep going there
