List of Copper Springs Senior Living's Reviews
The worst place not only for work but also they neglect those residents in Mc and assisted living , the staff is about manipulation and see who does or doesn’t the job for the residents in this facility , they also don’t report all the incident that happened with residents some staff there they hide a lot even med errors , residents get extra charge even if they request just fluids and desert when is time to eat and they don’t feel well , it is the worst
I wouldn't take my own family here.
This assisted living sucks. They are false advertisement and they lie about having nice family friendly staff they neglect the residents and raise there voice at them and the food they serve is never what's on the menu they are always out of things and they get the bare minimum that's not okay and for residents with special diets they don't care for there food plans I would never send my worst enemy there
This place seemed like a good place for my mom at first (like the first 18 months or so) but the last few months she was there, things went downhill fast. She no longer felt safe in her own room due to a resident bully who would go out of his way to harass her whenever she left her room.Don't count on your family member being able to get a ride (as advertised in company brochures) to doctor's appointments, no matter how much notice you give, they will never have room in the van that is perpetually parked out front. Not sure if it was because she was a private pay resident but I always had to take time off work to take her or she had to pay for separate transportation. And if you need to talk to someone at the front desk, forget about it. They either "don't know" or they flat out lie to you. Mariah called me a few days after I moved my mom out to ask where to forward her mail. I told her my home. When it didn't arrive a week later, I had to drive over to ask where it was (because they don't answer the phones). I was told it was sent out that day. It's been another week and still no mail. I had to run in to grab some medication that they forgot to give me the night before. I asked Mariah if she happened to have any mail for my mom. She then proceeded to lie to my face and told me that she talked to my mom the day before and she told her that she had gotten it all. ABSOLUTE LIES! My mom, in my dining room, talked to "Ella" the day before and told her she had not received ANY of her mail.
My mother was a memory care resident of Copper Springs for almost 3 years. In the beginning the facility was good/basic. However, over time the care declined to the point that I worried about moms safety. I moved my mom this last April/2021 to Edgewood Spring Creek of Boise Memory Care. At Copper Springs she had two injuries over the course of two weeks. The nurse was dismissive of my concerns. The memory care building is separate from the main building and is not supervised as well as assisted living. Often, when I visited, care givers were on their phones and/ or socializing and not paying attention to the residents. Several times I saw potential issues for injury. They don't have enough quality staff or supervision. Their corporate office needs to put the care for these vulnerable elderly residents above their profits.
My mother was a resident of Copper Springs Senior Care facility for almost 3 years. In the beginning the facility was acceptable. However, over time the care declined to the point where I had to move my mother to Edgewood Spring Creek Boise Memory Care in April/2021. My mother suffered two injuries over a two week period. Frequently when I went to visit, the aids were on their cell phones or socializing and not paying attention to the residents. I personally saw several incidents where there was potential for injuries. Administrator and residence nurse were dismissive about my concerns. Memory care building is separate from main building and is not well staffed and supervised. The owners of this facility puts their profits above the care for this most vulnerable population of our society.
Kind caring staff and that is the most important quality a facility can have. Thank you CS staff your amazing!!!
It's the people at Copper Springs that make all the difference! They really care about their residents and have fun with them! From special activities/events, educational opportunities, gardening, and dancing in the courtyard... they are helping their residents live life to the fullest!
I liked where it was located, and what they have to offer
I have seen how hard the staff have worked during the COVID-19. The communication with family outside and the care for the individuals inside was amazing to witness. Leadership trickles down to the staff and it is refreshing to see the same faces when I visit. Thank you for your dedication and for caring for those who are vulnerable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
