I was seen at St Luke’s in Nampa yesterday. I have to say, Dr Hightower was the most unprofessional doctor I’ve encountered and it was sickening. He was demeaning and would not let me finish my sentence. Very confrontational and he made inappropriate comments and asked inappropriate questions that were unrelated my condition.

Worst care received in the ER. On his phone more than he spent time with us. All 3 times he entered the room in over 5 hours he walked out due to his phone. Discharged us not knowing what was wrong with our child and with a fever.was very argumentative and curt.

My little girl was seen for this morning and Dr Hightower was able to provide information and help that also made us comfortable and feel that we were in very capable hands.

Dr Hightower was very thorough and took his time explaining his thought process with diagnosing my daughter and what she needed and didn’t need. He listened to my full story and supported me throughout the visit not making me feel like I was being a paranoid mother, but instead a “concerned parent” and rightfully so. He thanked me for bringing in my baby before she got too sick and was treatable and able to go home that same night. I know the ER was super busy that day but he did an amazing job! Thank you

My daughter-in-law and my daughter were both seen by Dr. Hightower in the E.R. at separate times. In both instances, he spent no time at all with either of them and treated them like they were wasting his time. St. Luke's Meridian also misdiagnosed a heart condition my daughter has. This is the worst hospital to get proper care in the valley. I'll drive the extra few miles to St. Alphonsus from now on. Hightower doesn't deserve his medical license or a damn dime. To think he is most likely living in an upscale house and driving an expensive car with the way he treats his patients is disgusting and infuriating.
